just imagine if our fifth teammate hadn't quit around the 14th wave. And even though that kid with us was pretty good, he was also pretty annoying. He must've asked you a hundred times where the hammer of dawn was.

Just finished playing Horde mode what a blast we made it to wave 6 before getting murdered. Just me with a bunch of randoms. Horde mode is such a blast and hard at the sametime.

Can you play horde mode with only 3 persons or you have to be 5 ?

I don't dig the match making. I can't ever seem to find a game and when I do, I have to wait FOREVER.

Like in the first one, I can't seem to get any kills (not sure why).

Are there no modes with mutli respawns?

The mode where you have to protect the leader has multiple respawns till the leader dies.

I thought I read something about matchmaking not being the best for a single person and working better for parties.

matchmaking is hrrible all it does is like find skill relevant than searches ....fails then goes remote parties restarted matchmaking then that constantly fails i have had the game for 24 hours and been able to play 3 online matches and 1 horde

While the single player is good, it's not great. I was was expecting more than a Lord of the Rings knockoff.

I felt like I was in Mordor when the game started. But if you're going to rip off someone, might as well rip off the best.

I enjoy GoW 2 but in the end, I think COD 5 will take up a lot of my gaming time.

I don't know what it is but the game is not as graphically amazing as the first one. They added a bunch of fog effects, muted a lot of the color and the cut scenes stutter.

Hopefully playing this game off the hard drive fixes the stuttering at least.

Now the game certainly is no slouch. There's much more going on the screen at once so it seems like they had to make some allowances.

Gameplay-wise, it feels just like the first one. That's good and bad... as it feels like I'm playing Gear 1.5. Either way, the game has a charm that is undeniably good. I was hoping for a jump like Halo 1 to Halo 2.

Such a small thing but I love the Epic Games logo when you first load the game.

I really hope multi-player will make up for the single-player.

We have found that if you try and join matchmaking with 4 people in your party it will not find you a game. Seems like you have to have either a full 5 person party or under 4. The matchmaking system needs some serious work.
