Also quick question, do you guys find yourself adjusting the lighting often?

At night I find myself having to adjust because I can't see. When the sun hits full stride mid day I have to adjust again so it doesn't look washed out.

I know a couple PS3 people mentioned this before. Anyone on the 360 having lighting issue this these?

not me, on the 360, i just bumped brigthness and contrast up 2 notches and it was perfect for me

I did the same exact thing. When I switch from the HDtv to the monitor I might have to move it back down, but on the widescreen, that adjustment was perfect. Heh, I think it was the same exact adjustment too.

So far Im not into the game,. Dont get me wrong, I like the humor and violence, but the handling and feel of this game has never done it for me. I really don't enjoy driving at all...i guess the appeal of the game is to run around and cause havoc, and thats cool I guess..it just isn't really that fun. As soon as I get online, I hear tons of little annoying kids chirping on their mics and get about 2 mins of gameplay before it freezes up completely.

There is no way this game is a 10. No way...I just can not see it. The controls are not that great at all.

I liked flying around i the helicopter and shooting stuff mindlessly, but it got old after an hour. It is definitley a good game, but I do not think it is the next Zelda or anything like that.

I guess I am really into the feel of a game more then I thought. I know many people will not understand how I can't possibly love the flavor of the minute, but so far I do not. I will probably sell this copy for 45 bucks.

Since when is GTA, one of the most highly-established franchises in the business, considered "flavor of the minute"?

Wish I had ran into you before i went to GS, but im satisfied with my purchase and no lighting problems here.

Im an offline gamer and this one will take plenty of my gaming time so its all good.

I wish I got the game last night so I couldve tried online a little. It doesnt look like the srevers are gonna be up anytime soon for the ps3.

At least that's the problem. I kept trying to get an on-line game going and I was like WTF after the 17th attempt. Bummer.

Stupid question, for anyone with the DS3, does the rumble feature work fairly often with the game or only on rare occasions? Not to mean, does it work exactly, but more how many times does the rumble actually kick in and how well implemented is it with this game? Im tempted to pick one up for this game but if its not really used that much my only other game is The Show and Im not sure how its used there either, so it may be a waste. Thanks in advance.

The rumble feature on the 360 kicks in when theres lightning and thunder it also happens when you hit somebody with your car. Those two I know for sure happen and I'm also pretty sure it rumbles when your getting shot or when you're shooting something

Ok I played this game again for 3 hrs! Mainly because I was having too much trouble with one early mission

All I have to say is, I hate Roman's car with a vengeance LOL

I can't seem to counter or kick when i'm in a fight though, it's weird....

I guess i'll put this as a spoiler "shrug"

In the mission where you have to get at Dardan I actually beat him up til he was so weak by the big plate window and smashed the window and punched him out. It was so gratifying and amazing to see him fall to a watery death.

I've fallen in love with the graphics. I especially like the overcast and rainy weather the most....Now my fingers are all cramped up LOL

Yeah, I had a hard time with that mission because my driving sucks. I had to do it 4 times.

By the third time though I was whipping that *** in the fighting part. One thing I noticed, and I may not have if Dan Houser hadn't talked about it in one of his interviews, is that the game took pity on me and make Darden drive much slower after the second time so I could stay with him more easily.

Didn't know that about the game taking pity on people like that. At least it adjusts to your skill.
