I wouldn't hold your breath. I've read that DLC is coming to the PS3/360 in Spring of 2010, but it won't be the two 360 DLC's. MS paid 50 million for these 2 episodes, No matter how they sell, Rockstar is sitting pretty. I can't see any way that MS would pay that and sign that clause if they were to come out a year later on PS3.

I've been wrong before though.

I agree but if theres one thing that I have learned about 3rd party developers is that almost nothing stays exclusive forever, but we'll see.

I'm thinking that the rumored spring 2010 DLC could be the 'Blood and a Four Leaf Clover' that will come to both the 360 and PS3. A third DLC would also bring the total achievement points on the 360 to 1750, which I believe is the max at this time.

I know I'm a bit late to the party, but I finally finished the game last night. WOW. The last few hours are incredible and they really just rip your heart out of your chest. Now I get to move on to Lost and Damned

I went with the deal. I didn't really feel close to Kate so I was more partial to doing what Roman wanted me to do. After I finished it I looked up the other ending and I feel like the ending I choose was the better one.

Two new GTA IV DLC episodes due next year - analyst

Take-Two and Rockstar are expected to release two brand new downloadable episodes for Grand Theft Auto IV in fiscal 2010, and release GTA V the following financial year.

That's according to analyst Todd Mitchell, who told GamesIndustry.biz that following the release of Xbox 360 exclusives The Lost and the Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony, two all-new episodes are due – possibly across both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 platforms.

"I would expect that there would be two more pieces of downloadable content for GTA IV, that's what has been indicated to me, although formats are unsure. It's been indicated to me to me that would be the case," said Mitchell, of Kaufman Bros. Equity Research.

So GTA V will be out in 2011 or by financial year they mean like 4th quarter 2010? Always get confused by that when companies say that.

Fiscal year of 2011 could mean a release between 4th quarter 2010 and the end of 3rd quarter of 2011.

So I guess we'll won't see The Ballad of Gay Tony until at least October.

the mention of a "new GTA title" for the ps2 is interesting. It'll probably just end up being a port of the psp port of the NDS China Town Wars game.

Can you ever get Kate in bed with you? I'm at 100% with her, wearing the clothes, driving the cars, and going to the places she likes, yet we're still "just friends." I was just wondering.

Oh, and Three Leaf Clover is the hardest damn mission I've ever played! I got so frustrated with that one, kept dying right around the end each time (I can't believe I almost got away without getting hit until a subway sideswiped me).

Ballad of Gay Tony DLC Given Release Date

Rockstar Games just announced the release date for Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony, the second downloadable episode exclusively for the Xbox 360.

The episode is set to drop on Xbox Live October 29th for the price of 1600 Microsoft points ($19.99).

Following up on Rockstar's first episode, The Lost and Damned, players will this time be put in the shoes of Luis Lopez, a nightclub assistant.

Players can also expect to "struggle with the competing loyalties of family and friends, and with the uncertainty about who is real and who is fake in a world in which everyone has a price," according to the game's details.

Ballad of Gay Tony DLC Given Release Date

I was hoping for an earlier release date, but we got one now so thats good.

Rockstar originially said when LATD came out that the next one would be six months later (August).

Loved this game, one of the few games were it felt you got your $60 dollars worth.

Such a unreal feeling getting up in the morning and booting up GTA 4,then realizing it is morning in real game time and watching people jogging or getting coffee. Just so surreal.

Haven't beaten Lost and Dammned yet but I'll beat it after my bar exam. I think i was just GTA4'd out when L and D hit.


Love the new DL content, but I really hope they bring Niko back, dude was just a memorable character.
