Come in first. Its not hard; just take the corners carefully and lay down the speed on the straights. Most of the other cars wreck a couple times.

I'm totally bored with this game now, I know I'm not alone. San Andreas was just so much more fun for me, I've seen on other forums people that agree with me, this game was a big improvment in story and the graphics are pretty sweet overall, but they took way too much stuff out that I liked from San Andreas. There is nothing to do in the cities but go to restruants and bowl (which with comedy clubs are the only things that SA didn't already have oh and darts). The buildings are red herrings most of the times, they lead you no where and don't even have pigeons, I know most of you OSer's love this game, but I'm through with it after just getting to the last city recently.

I am going back to playing SA and Saints Row and Assasins Creed. What really ruined this game for me is that there is too much realism, it's a video game, I don't want a game called Grand Theft Auto to punish me too much for commiting crimes. SA and Vice City and GTA III were all fun to take turns with friends just causing mayhem and running from police, in this game the police are on me like stink on you know what if I even push someone or steal a car.

Can't say I agree. While I miss pimpin out my ride in Saint's Row, causing havoc in this game is more fun since they've made it look more realistic.

And I don't understand the bolded. Seems you're mad because you have to give off the controller too soon . If I had friends over and we played single player that way, I'd never lose the controller until I got to 6 stars (which is damn pretty hard to get to)

no idea.

although I think it's kind of cool how it's only "standard" in certain higher quality vehicles. I just know enough of the city to not really need it, but it's cool you can turn it on.

My only real gripe with this game so far is that lack of any kind of check point system. It would be nice if after you failed a mission you could just answer the text message and go staight back to the action other than having to drive back to it again. It would also be nice for big missions that have long drawn out gun fights followed by a big police chase to have a check point right before you have to get away from the cops. I hate finishing the meat n' potatos of a big mission and then having to start over after getting gunned down by the cops. And it's not that I want the game to be easier it's just after you play through a big mission a couple of times it gets a little borring playing through it again.

I got to the part where I have to choose between killing Dwayne or Playboy. I killed Dwayne. After talking to a friend of mine, if I would have chosen Playboy, I would have gotten his place as a safehouse. As far as I can see, I got absolutely nothing for killing Dwayne.

Do I ever get to obtain Playboy's place at any other point during the game? This should have been obvious, but I screwed it up. Just wondering. It doesn't really matter since Roman got an Apt. on Algonquin that isn't far from Playboy's place anyway.

killing playboy x gives you much more than the money he gives you. For one thing, money later in the game comes in tons, so the bit from him for killing dwayne isn't worth it.

killing playboy x gives you his bigger penthouse, the outfit from GTA3 for niko, and the ability be friends with dwayne. His special bonus is sending two guys to help you out on missions like how CJ had gang members in San Andreas.

neither hurt the main story, but one offers more perks than the other.

Go to Playboy's penthouse. The GTA3 outfit is in there. Black sweater with green pants. You can only put it on in that house.

it's the suit claude wore in GTA3. You can only find it after you get playboy's penthouse, and it's in the closet when you go to change clothes.

I killed Playboy, seemed like a very easy decision for me. Seeing how Playboy treated Dwayne after prison. Dwayne is very loyal and Playboy isn't. It was very satisfying killing Playboy. Never liked him from day one
