Does the Internet Cafe have to be unlocked through the story line/missions or is it just a matter of finding it??? I don't see it currently on my map of the city

You dont have to wait, use the map that came with the game and go find it, its pretty close to your safehouse in fact.

I went on my 2nd date with Michelle, and as soon as she gets in the car she says..

"Oh Hi Niko, nice to see you again! I see you're wearing the same clothes from our last date. That's... nice."

I went on the "gay date" in the out of the closet mission, lol... dude took off running out of the cafe... and right into the street. I was trying to chase him down when all of the sudden I hear the horn of a semi truck...

Niko yells "You even run like a fagget"... then all of the sudden, SPLAT. Semi just nails this guy... haha. It was hilarious. Niko said "Justice has been served..." lol

I laughed forever seemingly over that one.

Man I got like 6 lap dances from one of the strippers including instances where 2 girls gave me lap dances and I still ain't get her number.

Michele always liked my clothes when i was wearing pretty ordinary stuff but after i went to the upscale mens shop and got styled out in a black suit, pants, leather shoes and tie she said something like "you really should look in the mirror before buying clothes" etc and basically went on about how pathetic i looked.

I was not impressed so i unloaded a shotgun blast into her face:

apparently she can't die because she didn't go down after being blasted a few times and just said "this date is over Niko!" and took off.

Yeah i found that out later but was thinking she would just go to "hospital" like Roman does when he's gets nailed and i'd have to go pick her up or something.
