Rarely played Nintendo 64 because I detested the controller design. I don't think a game company could make a controller any more awkward than the N64's.

Also, I still hold a childhood grudge against Mario, for no apparent reason. Stupid plumber.

The gamecube controller was pretty awful too.

It was(and still is) an awesome system. My brother got it for christmas about 10 years ago(i think) when the donkey kong bundle was coming with it, and we still play the n64 occasionally today. We haven't had any problems with it, except sometimes when the games wouldn't start up and we have to blow the fricken cartridge out.

I approve Pokemon Snap. Pokemon Stadium was garbage, and I played Road Rash on the PS1.

Ocarina of Time, Goldeneye 007, No Mercy and Perfect Dark are 4 of the best games of all time, imo.

I really liked the N64 controller. I think it's a lot easier on your hands than the Xbox controllers.

Banjo-Kazooie - Might be the best platform game I've ever played. It looked like a kids game but was so well designed and so much fun.

I'm with you on this, and am really looking forward to the XBL Arcade re-release.

I loved both the N64 controller and the GC controller. I actually went out and bought a Wavebird this past weekend to use with Power Pros 2008. To each their own I guess.

I'd also like to mention Bomberman and if anyone remembers Fighting Force. I loved how in that game you could use stuff in the environment as weapons. For Fox Sports College Hoops '99, I set up a 5 min halve game tourney with all teams and recorded all the results on paper. Damn that was fun.

Yeah that game was disgusting.

Man, of all the systems I owned I played that one the most, hands down. I made so many friends playing that system it's ridiculous.

Favorites were Perfect Dark, Goldeneye, WWF Wrestlemania 2000, WCW/NWO World Tour, WWF No Mercy, Mario Kart 64, All Star Baseball, Ken Griffey Jr. Baseball (Hi, I'm Ken Griffey Jr... let's play major league baseball).

System is still our go-to when we get together with friends because it seems like EVERYONE knows how to play N64 games. It's great.
