Re: Uncharted 2 (PS3)
What a game. Nice ending.
Spoiler
"So on a scale of one to ten, how scared were you that I was gonna die?"
"A four."
"A four? Really?"
"Yea, why?"
"You were at least an eight."
"No those monsters were an eight."
"They were an eight?"
"They were terrifying."
"So what's a ten?"
"Clowns."
"Clowns?"
"Yea."
"Clowns over my death?"
"I don't like clowns."

Re: Uncharted 2 (PS3)
When I get this game back from my brother I'm going to play it on hard. (That's what she said! Zing!!) I will never bother with Crushing.
Edit: I should add that I'm playing through the original again for the third time on Normal. Hard kicked my butt when I tried it once and I quit after 40% done. I forgot how different the grenades were. You actually have to select them as a weapon by pushing down. I had to check the freaking manual. Platforming is more intuitive for sure in UC2 but I enjoy the treasure hunting so much more in the first one. Too hard in UC2.
Some of Sully's lines in the first game were priceless.
Spoiler
Sully: "Just cut to the chase Nate."
Drake: "A man who's only interested in the climax. You must be a real hit with the ladies."
Sully: "Never had any complaints."
Drake (on the captain of the U-Boat and partially paraphrased): "The captain is still here and something really tore him up."
Sully: "That's a shame. Take his wallet."

Re: Uncharted 2 (PS3)
Just beat this game. Great storyline. Great game! I had so much fun playing it. The original was better in my opinion. But this game was no let down. What I wish was more in this one as there was in the first was isSpoilervehicle action. There was the jeep and jet ski in the first one. Just the truck in this one. I'm not counting the train as vehicle action.Comment

Re: Uncharted 2 (PS3)
Yea, it took me a about three months to finish the first UnCharted. I even took a break. I loved the game, but just didn't make the time for it.
Breezed through this one and that's counting lost days because of work travel."It may well be that we spectators, who are not divinely gifted as athletes, are the only ones able to truly see, articulate and animate the experience of the gift we are denied. And that those who receive and act out the gift of athletic genius must, perforce, be blind and dumb about it -- and not because blindness and dumbness are the price of the gift, but because they are its essence." - David Foster Wallace
