Also you can just get it on games on demand for 19.99, seems like it would make more sense for them to up it to 17.99 or something, but over the retail is weird.

Yeah, if anyone doesn't need their code (after fishepa gets one) then I'd appreciate it. Don't really care that much, but it'd be nice. Shoulda preordered, but i've got some Best Buy reward zone certs I'm using today before they expire....

I think I can get another one...in the store they said I had to come back in a couple of days to get the dlc...but my game came with something called "cerberus network classification cod" maybe that is something everyone gets idk.

Does this game require an install? I see it's 2 discs. I installed cod6 because i play it so much. I'll have to uninstall...i hope i can do it without deleting my game saves, level in mp all that jazz.

Regarding the bonus Collector armor and rifle... it says to go to masseffect.com and redeem it there. Don't I just redeem it from the Xbox?

Best Buy had a ton of the CE for those that are looking for it.

Indeed. I waited until early this morning to order my CE with in-store pickup. I didn't want to pre-order and have to wait. Now I'm debating whether or not to cancel my gamestop reserve for the std edition. I'm still trying to find out if I'll still get the special armor or not without pre-ordering.

So quick questions...does the film grain effect return, and is it on by default? I generally liked it in the first game (makes the cutscenes look better) and wonder if it's still there.

Also, are there any other graphical tweaks in the options?

Yes and yes. Only other option under graphics is brightness.

Anyone know any details surrounding the different armors that's talked about with regards the Collector's Edition? I pre-ordered the standard Ed from Gamestop a while ago but didn't get a chance to reserve the CE. So, I had to order the CE from Best Buy (not pre-order) and I should have it today. Will I miss any armor extras since I plan on cancelling my reserved Gamestop copy?

Goh I promised you I give you the code for the Inferno Armor if te downloads worked, well I got everything, even the collectors eddition code worked. Its awesome, I paid 59.99 and got everything that was downloadable in the collectors eddition also.

Zaeed won't be available for a couple of days. Excerpt below:

BioWare promised free day-of-launch DLC for Mass Effect 2. Sadly, they were only able to deliver on about half of that promise.

While the Cerberus Network, an ME2 shop/portal of sorts, has launched, bringing with it access to freely downloadable missions and in-game items, a certain mercenary named Zaeed is a bit late to the party.

Originally intended to be included in the launch-day pack was an additional mission introducing Zaeed, an intergalactic mercenary hired on to aid Shepard’s crew in their quest to save mankind, or the universe, or all of Earth’s kittens, or whatever it is they’re saving this time around. Some kinks in the interwebz hose have curtailed the launch of this one piece of the launch-day DLC. On their official forums, BioWare has announced that this will hit the Cerberus Network later this week, calling out Wednesday or Thursday as possiblities.

Hizzah they fixed that lawd awful ponytail the females had. I gave it to my main character this time. Also though it said I was a paragon I got both bonuses. Charge is awesome,it explodes people/mechs against walls,not just the freeze thing.

Apprently there's a glitch and if you can't save during the opening (as long as there's no enemies around) to restart.

For those who imported their character, how do you go back?

I have around 10 ME1 saves and I keep having to go back to the dash board because when you get to the screen when you see the details of the save you cannot go back if its the wrong file.
