They have a high bar on the PC. I suppose they will make it look better than this, or try?

I'm over the remaster/remake phase, but I'm surprised that RDR2 didn't get a native current gen edition. I know that they pretty much went all hands on deck for GTA VI (rightfully so), but I would've interested in higher resolution and frame rates on consoles. It's a game I'm holding out on replaying for a second time until it receives an upgrade

Probably not. I'd expect just the PS4 version being ported over.

Started a replay of this for the first time in YEARS. Playing on XBox Series X. It's still just as fun and looks beautiful.

Agreed. The game can still hold its own just fine. They really did a good job setting the foundation of controls how everything worked out for it to naturally flow into coming generations of controllers.

Soooo this is not a remake or a remaster, right? It has basically just been ported to PC, which will open the door for modders to work their magic and make it shine.

My issue is that Take Two is asking $50 for this despite not providing any actual new content to the consumer. Will I buy it? Of course, but that doesn't mean I'm too pleased with that price tag. $20-$30 would have been more acceptable.
