Yes, I should mention a good bit of this stuff was actually implemented even before the PS3 beta launched. PC beta is only going make the end product better too.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

Re: Battlefield 2: Bad Company and Battlefield 1943 announced
Wow that's a crazy amount of changes. I can't wait for this game to come out. I wish the beta was still playable because I'd trade in MW2 today. But, I need a shooter in my life.
I never played the first BBC. Is that anything like 2. Because if that's the case I'll go get that for cheap and trade MW. That way I can practice with an older game. MW doesn't play like BBC2. If any played the first one please let me know if there were any differences between the 2.Moderator

BC1 is very fun. Lots of weapon unlocks, vehicles to drive, etc. I still play it right now. I would highly recommend it.
BC2 is just much bigger, more weapons, better graphics, etc.Comment

Did they ever say what the new weapons were?Comment

Re: Battlefield 2: Bad Company and Battlefield 1943 announced
L1 = Aiming
R1 = Shooting
L2/R2 = Secondary Weapons/Class Specific Gadgets
Triangle = Unsheathing your knife
I like the layout better in BC2, but it is not too much of a change.
I don't know of any list or anything, just heard a few interviews with the devs who said there were a lot more weapons than BC1.Comment

Re: Battlefield 2: Bad Company and Battlefield 1943 announced
just to add real quick....the movement in BF isn't as "twitchy" as in the COD series. It might be a touch difficult at first,as you really have to have a good bead on someone,and the main difference (imo)..is that in BF,you actually have to anticipate your enemy's movement,especially if your using the sniper class....
I HIGHLY recommend this game (BF:BC) in preparation for BC2....the maps are huge in comparison to COD,and if you're able to squad up with friends,this game is a jem,as it actually takes strategy to complete your objectives...especially if your teammates are different classes (demo,assault,recon,specialist) as each class has it's own identity and gadgets that aid to the squad.People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.“I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest – If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play!” Jack Lambert“Quarterbacks should wear dresses.” Jack LambertComment
