Re: Terminator: Salvation
Too bad there is no gameplay. The arcade Terminator games rocked in the early 90s, consoles usually were decent to terrible. Hopefully this pulls through but movie to games usually don't.
Plus with the Wolverine game, that might be might movie to game fix for the month of May.Comment

Re: Terminator: Salvation
Latest trailer. If I like the movie, I'll probably buy the game (even if the reviews are bad).

Re: Terminator: Salvation
Worth Playing preview:
Terminator Salvation: The Videogame, developed by GRIN Studios, is a 3rd person action game with concentrated armed combat against all of the Skynet enemies from the film while encountering new enemies specifically designed for the game.
"Unfortunately, that's where our preview build of Terminator: Salvation ends, after two levels of rail shooter and two levels of on-foot action. What I saw was interesting, although quite clearly unpolished. The on-foot mechanics are interesting, as is the fact that terminators require tactics and not just firepower to defeat, but the lackluster ally AI felt like it was holding us back. The gameplay seems solid, if unremarkable, and once you figure out how to kill the spiders, it didn't offer anything particularly of note. The rail-shooter segments were exceptional only in their unusual difficulty. Most games tend to use rail-shooter segments as a period when players can hold down the fire button and cause a lot of explosions, but Terminator: Salvation wants you to aim carefully. With some more polish, Terminator: Salvation could have ended up being a fairly interesting movie tie-in title, but so far, it doesn't do much to make itself stand out from the other third-person shooters on the market."Comment

Re: Terminator: Salvation
Made by the same people who made Wanted: Weapons of Fate. The achievement/trophy list is really easy, just beat the game on hard, 1000 achievement points/platinum trohpy. That's all there is to it.Comment

Re: Terminator: Salvation
Did you get 1000g on Wanted? LOL! How was that game anyways?Comment

Re: Terminator: Salvation
That is cool, so it continues the story. Does it use the same characters from the movie or different?Comment
