Came out on PC. 252 MB. Broke the NVSE of course.

Which results in its own problems:

Yes..the PC version updated last night.

I had a crazy kill that I didn't know you could do!(I'm not sure what I did though).

I was pickpocketing a Legion Recruit and accidentally slipped a bomb(not sure which kind) into HIS pocket.
I was sneaking away and all of a sudeend....BOOOM!.
Funny. I gotta find more mines I think!

You've been able to do that since Fallout 1, though the first two let you set timers and you could only use TNT. You can use any explosive in Fallout 3/NV.

They are finally releasing a patch? I wish this would have came out a month or so ago when I still had a 360. I was a victim of the debt collector/autosave corruption and couldn't enter the strip for the rest of my game.

It corrupted right before the quest where you have to confront Benny. Regardless I still got to Max level and discovered every location on the map.

                Yep, 360 supposedly tomorrow...

Now I can start playing again sometime. I couldn't get past Come Fly With Me without corrupting my game...took them forever to release this too, so frustrating.

I have no idea. I haven't played or read anything on Fallout in a month and a half and I just figured the 360 would get the patch first, lol.

I was just asking because a patch might spark my interest to play this again.

This game is ridiculous, even on normal. I shoot a person at point blank in the head and they don't die. I won't be playing this on anything harder than Easy. I'm not looking for ultimate realism and I understand making the game a challenge, but this goes too far.

It's not that kind of game. It'd be different if there were a duck and cover system, but the enemies pretty much bum rush you. They have HP AND you can use VATS to directly target their heads so it doesn't bother me at ALL that headshots aren't one hit kills. That would be unbelievably easy.

Really? I find it pretty easy once you level up a few times. If you are wanting to be deadly with weapons you have to plow a bunch of points into guns and eventually you'll start finding good weapons and become a walking arsenal. I got to a point where i could one shot kill death claws (huge dinosaur looking things).

Doc, there was a patch released about a week ago for the ps3, looked pretty extensive from the list of fixes i saw. Try it out.
