I really hope they go back to a more modern setting instead of all of the high tech fancy equipments. Ghost Recon 1&2 were both great (were way ahead of their time) then they went ahead and created the mediocre GRAW.

Seriously, make a game and actually use Input from Tom Clancy like they used to! I am so mad that Ubisoft Pissed all over the Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six series to create Arcade action games when GR and RS are supposed to be realistic shooters! Honestly, if you do not believe me, go play the Original Rainbow six, i bet you can find it for 99 Cents, it is a hardcore Sim FPS...

Ghost Recon 2 Summit Strike for the original XBox was beyond great. I agree with you, the GRAW's have been mediocre. GRAW 4 is probably going to stay the course and be just as mediocre as GRAW 1 and 2.

Eh, I wouldn't say the GRAW games are mediocre. I think these games are really good but have been compromised with adding the over-the-shoulder view which takes away from the extreme realism that was established in earlier GR games. As for GR 4, UbiSoft needs to go back with the exclusive first-person view that was the norm before, and also lose the drones and grenade launchers.

i wouldnt mind going back to first person if you can see the gun just like in RainbowSix. but i agree, go back to being more "realistic" GRAW series was just too easy.

GRAW was too easy?

I thought it cheated a ton (the NK's in particular) who would super flank you as soon as your teammates died and you were alone, you had no chance. Spawns popped up out of the woodwork

well if its called Ghost Recon 4 as opposed to GRAW4, then I would beleive they dropped the "advanced warfighter". I think the best ghost recons are the ones on the xbox GR 1 and 2. Hopefully they can get back to that.

After all these years, I have yet to play a shooter harder than Operation Flashpoint on the PC. That game was epic. To tell ya guys the truth, I think GRAW was the first game I played with OSers. Lol. I think that was how I heard about OS and started visiting.
