Well you don't have to buy that headset. But they are pricing it as it it has Logitech or something on it.

Well Logitech is selling theirs for $39.99 (PS2) and not exactly the high dollar headset that Judy from the Time Life commercials is wearing.

I love logitech products but I have to admit this is a little pricey. I would bet you could use any USB headset so if you can find one somewhere else then it should work.

I love logitech products but I have to admit this is a little pricey. I would bet you could use any USB headset so if you can find one somewhere else then it should work.

50 bucks for a year of live isn't bad at all. They'll keep putting out good games for it, and the voice chat makes it a lot more fun than the PC. Nothing like being able to figure out strategy on the fly, without having to type.

No, its either $50 a year or $6 a month. So paying for the month would be more for people just interested in certain games. If you know you'll be using Live for most of the year, you pay for the year.
