Re: Left 4 Dead 2 (360/PC)
Do you get achievements playing solo or only with friends? Do you have to play all rounds or just the final scene? If all rounds that means no matter how far I get, if I don't want to play anymore when I pick it back up I have to fo through every scene again. If that makes sense.Comment

Re: Left 4 Dead 2 (360/PC)
Spoiler
In the 2nd area, there's a shooting gallery you come across. With it, you have to shoot the moving targets and get 750 points. Don't shoot the peanut guy, he removes points, but hit everyone else. The whole team can play. When you get the 750, bells go off (which attracts a horde) and the gnome is unlocked in a box next to the game. Then someone, anyone has to carry the gnome until the finale. You can drop him, but has to make it to each safe house. The only part that's hard is the roller coaster, as if you drop him there, he's gone unless you get very lucky. I dropped him once and had no way of getting him back. LOL Just let the zombies kill me and restart.
At the finale, I took the gnome to where the helicopter comes and then went back to holding off the horde. When the copter showed up, ran over, picked up the gnome and hopped in. Achievement unlocked.

Re: Left 4 Dead 2 (360/PC)
The group of randoms I joined last night were obsessed with getting it so I kind of lucked out. I kept telling them at the Rollercoaster that it was stupid and we should just try and complete it (I just wanted the achievement for beating the level). By the finale stage though I was screaming in my headset to everyone "DON'T FORGET THE GNOME!"
Great fun all around.Comment

and dookie, you can any achievement in single player or with other people, unless of course it's a versus/scavenge mode achievement. About the lag, I've have a lot of success avoiding games with dedicated servers. If you join a lobby with a dedicated server, tell the host to switch it to local host server, and there you go.Lux y VeritasComment
