I'll go first.
IGN posted a trailer and preview of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3 for the Xbox. For insiders only. Download the trailer.
The game will be using the Splinter Cell engine as noted from the preview.
Oh and did I mention it will be LIVE compatible.
Note. Sreenshots are from the PC version.

I think it's safe to say most of us will be buying just about any FPS like this as long as it's live compatible.
