True Crime: Streets of L.A. trailer
On IGN they have some footage of training sessions, but I'm not sure if they have this trailer--I hadn't seen it before.
NBA Ballers trailer Obtaining the "bling-bling" aside, the actual game playing looks to be smooth.
Thief 3 trailer This looks to be an opening cutscene in the game.
