Late to this thread, but you should rent Wolverine if you get a chance. I'm not a big fan of hack and slash games, but this one is done very well. It reminds me a lot of Ninja Gaiden. The story is cool and you just run around ****ing up ****. It's a lot of fun.

My only real complaint so far is that they seemed kind of lazy when it came to the enemies. I expected all the little foot solider dudes to be the same, but you fight one particular monster a number of times. I think it would've been better if they mixed that up a bit. Even with that being said, it hasn't made the game any less enjoyable for me.

Unless you like playing a game that frustrates you to no end, don't buy Red Faction. The missions aren't challenging, they just keep throwing enemies at you. And don't even get me started on your allies, or as I like to call them, cannon fodder that doesn't even come close to helping you in any way.

I got a totally different experience from playing Red Faction. The game is actually a lot of fun and didn't find it very frustrating. I have noticed many saying that setting the difficulty to casual makes a world of difference.

I just shook my head,sighed and almost turned it off the last time it showed up. Luckily that was right before the end so they only over did it by one or two times. (I used cheats so my GC wouldn't show I beat it,it's just more fun to drillclaw everything and I know about the glitch I just messed it up)
