Re: The Pokemon Thread
I apologize for being flighty the past couple days.
As some of you may know I'm out of the military now, and am currently in the process of moving. It's not huge, but my fiance and I now have our first apartment and it's like a 4 hour move... To the middle of nowhere, CA basically. I just found out this weekend, so I'm not only trying to pack (the little amount) of stuff I have up but technically this is the first time either of us are either not with our parents or not in dorms/military barracks that we have given to us.
Both of our first places, if you will. So between packing up, trying to organize cable/internet at the new place, and shopping for all the TV/furniture/every other little thing we don't have it's kinda hectic. I'll still try to fulfill requests and do reviews ASAP, but for the next couple days or weeks (hey I gotta stop being unemployed some time) I might be hit or miss.
Back to your regularly scheduled Pokemon-ing now

Ok first off a little info about my party. Tynamo is one of the best Electric Pokemon in the game. He has a variety of attacks and also has the ability Levitate which takes one of Electrics biggest weaknesses and throws it out the window. Krokorok is extremely powerful and the mix of his Ground/Dark gives me a kick *** move set I can set up.

Alright guys, I'm finally breaking down and opening up White. I'm not too familiar with the starters, but I think I'm going to pick the water type Oshawott. I made that decision pretty much due to the fact that I think it looks better than the other two. I know that's not always smart, but it's what I'm rolling with. Any suggestions or tips for White?

Also teach Krokorok something other than bite, since you have Crunch. I will check my file in a bit to see what moves I have Krokorok using, I know it has Earthquake & Crunch.
I actually started playing this a little bit again last night, after not playing for almost a month after rage quitting Black after it didn't save like it normally does when the credits came on, making me lose the last two battles.Cincinnati Reds University of Kentucky Cincinnati Bengals

I've picked up two badges in White and I'm loving it so far. Haven't really got to play in a few days though. I'll update this post tomorrow with my team and levels + moves and such. I do have to say I'm really impressed with the game. For some reason my DS says that my wireless connection security isn't supported or something along those lines, so I can't do anything wireless for now.

Re: The Pokemon Thread
Blitzle and Zebstrike are horrible because of thier defense values. I made a review on a very nice electric type located in Chargedstone Cave. I personally like Stoutland due to its Ice Fang/Fire Fang/Thunder Fang plus with the right EV's he can be a tank with Health and Defense. Some people dont like him though.
Eelekross Review:
I have to say I actually love him. Not the highest amount of HP, but it doesn't matter with a lot of Attack and Sp. Attack. Eelektross is slow however but his positives out way his negatives. One of my favorite electric types since Pikachu.
Stats
HP: 85
Attack: 115
Defense: 80
Sp.Atk: 105
Sp.Def: 80
Speed: 50

Tynamo
The most annoying part is his first form Tynamo. It's very weak with a subpar move set of spark, thunder wave, tackle and charge beam. He generally gets one hit KOed most of the time as well. He evolves at level 39 so you will have to be patient with him. My suggestion is to use him against pure water and bird enemies and use him every time against Ducklett and it's evolving tree for a 4x damage attack. When your not fighting them then just slap a EXP share on him. It's also very convenient that the Flying type gym is not far away when you get him which is very good EXP farming for him. If he is 32 or higher you should be able to wreck the whole gym. Equip a lucky egg to him for much more experience while doing this. Trade him back and forth between someone else if you can so he can grow even faster if your still having a hard time training him.

Eelektrik
The next form Eelektrik is when it actually becomes usefull. This form is the only form he can learn moves by leveling. He has a wide range of usefull moves he learns like Crunch, thunderbolt, coil, acid spray and Wild Charge. He has a very diverse move set you can experiment with. He also learns Zap Cannon at level 69 however I don't think its worth it. It's 50% accuracy and does 120 damage with only 5 PP. Thunder does the same damage and has 70% accuracy if you want a strong move and also has 10 PP but my suggestion is to stay with Thunderbolt that he learns at level 44. It has 95 power and a 100% accuracy rating as well as 15 PP. Acid Spray is learnt at level 49 and is awesome. It's a poison attack that does 40 damage and reduces the enemies special defense by 2 tiers which basically makes their defense turn into paper. Coil is learnt at level 54 and its awesome because it increases attack, defense and accuracy. A good pairing with Thunder or zap cannon to increase your accuracy if you decide to use them. Crunch is learned at level 39 giving you a dark move you can use if wanted one. Wild Charge is learned at level 59 and while it has 90 power it also hurts you for 1/4 of damage dealt. When you want to evolve Eelektrik use a Thunderstone on him just be sure he has learned the move you want him to.

Eelektross
Here he is, with a 115 attack base and a 105 special attack he will do major damage output. Not to mention with his ability Levitate means he has no weaknesses. The best thing however is the TM's he can learn. Flamethrower, Grass Knot, Hyper Beam and Dragon Claw are among the few of some of the great ones. This is why he is so amazing, the Variety. Say you don't want a fire type but you still want a move, give him Flamethrower. Same with Grass Knot and Dragon Claw. Combine that with Acid Spray and Coil you have a very good set up. There are many ways to go about him and use him so just pick the one that helps your style of play best. His versatility is you best friend.
I need a new flying type. I like Unfezant but man she gets wrecked. Something that knows fly.PS4 Twitch: http://www.twitch.tv/candyman5os
