This beta for KZ3 is BS!!!! Still can't get in. If the retail version of mp turns out like this, there are going to be a lot of pissed of people

There's already a lot of pissed off people over the changes made from KZ2. The official boards are mess, of course, that's how most official boards are, but there's been much more negative feedback than positive on other sites too.

Yeah after the few times I did play I have come to the conclusion that I'm really not feeling this one. Sure I'll pick it up for change of pace from Black Ops.

Same I feel like they are going to kill their loyal fan base with all the stupid changes they made. I'm incredibly disappointed with the multiplayer so far. I hope they can patch in some of the killzone 2 stuff.

This is the problem, so many complained about KZ2 controls and gameplay. GG goes to make changes which is now causing an uproar. I hope the game isn't messed up come release.

Imo the poeple that complained were the ones use to playing COD. They wanted it to move like COD so they complained. If I wanted to play a game that moved an played like COD then I would play COD. Not a COD wanna be which is what GG seems to be trying to do with KZ3. I'm disappointed, KZ2 was the best online multiplayer game I ever played.

I wouldn't consider myself part of the "Call of Duty Crowd", but I do enjoy the changes to the controls. There are a few things that need tightened up, but for the most part I like how it handles.

I for one have loved what I've been able to play of the MP. It still has the weight and feel of KZ2, but has tightened and tweaked things a bit to appeal to a larger audience. To each their own though really. Had they left things untouched, you'd still have an entire fan base not interested, and now that they've tweaked, they may lose a few people while gaining many others. Either way, it works.

I'm downloading the SP demo now, so I'll leave some impressions later. Keep in mind I LOVED KZ2, so my opinions will probably be slightly slanted towards the positive

I don't mind the controls so much, its all the other stuff they changed. Ima still get it tho, I like this game too much.

I guess I am in the minority but overall I like it. The controls aren't too twitchy as some have made it out to be on the KZ3 boards (that place is a mess, lol.), the only potential issue for me are the spawn areas.

In a way I like it, but in a way I see the downside as well. It is kind of like a "game within a game." If you have a few tacticians on a team that is great, but if you have a lot of them then no one will go for the objectives just go for the spawn areas. But, that means you have to get your **** together before you play, so your team can set up tactics/careers before hand. The key will be to strike the perfect balance.

So, I can see it lending itself to some interesting gameplay dynamics. Namely, trying to pick up on how many should go for the control of spawn areas, and how many should rush straight for the objectives. It has some great potential for some serious chess matches.

I just wish the 22nd would come already.

This singe player demo was hands down the best FPS experience of my life. The graphics, the controls, the sounds, the oomph and feel of the guns... it has NEVER been done better.

Amazing.

EDIT: OH, having three gun slots now rocks, and to have intelligent AI teammates that can also HEAL you when you've been shot down?

Thanks for the impressions guys. I am really looking forward to playing the single player now. Especially, hearing about the AI of your teammates. Nice!

Is this a PlayStation Plus exclusive download only right now? If so, when does it come out for the rest of PSN world?
