Ok, just beat this and I'm not sure if I liked the ending or not. Overall I did like the gameplay and I'm not an RPG wargamer at all. But I don't like 1st person shooters, so this did not disappoint.
I did find out that you can go into cooperative mode and even if you don't have a partner, there appears to be 4 additional mini-missions you can play. Gonna have to tackle those.Comment

Sorry for the bump but I just got around to playing this while trying to clear out my backlog.
But holy ****!!!! Why isn't Spec Ops hailed and cherished as a monumental narrative milestone in gaming??? I had absolutely no clue it was THAT good, otherwise I wouldn't have waited four years to pop it in.
Having just come off The Order:1886 I gotta say, although I adored it, Spec Ops just blows almost every other TPS cover shooter out of the water in both substance and quality.Comment

Easily one of my top 10 games of last gen. Loved every second of it including the ending
