I'm with you on this one. I cant stand COD and it sucks that every FPS must have similarities or it wont expect to sell well. Tom Clancy games should always be different or "hardcore" if you will. First Splinter Cell turned into some action game, now GR will attempt to appeal to the masses. I hate not having options. I've been searching for a FPS that suits me for ages. Sad I had to turn to the PC and Armed Assault just to enjoy the genre. Every console shooter thus far has been extremely underwhelming to me so far.

Having only played the GRAW iterations (which I loved and were my favorite shooters), seeing that Ubisoft is running away from that makes me sad. I've hated the last two CODs, Halo, etc. and am pretty burnt out on the whole shooter genre now. So yeah, sayonara, you aren't getting my money. I do not think that this "new environment" is really true. I think because gamers have not really had a choice as of late, they continue to buy the COD games, but if someone would buck the trend I think that company would have a game that sold very well. As evidence of some of the people on here, including myself, I cannot stand the COD genre anymore; all strategy is being taken out of games and it gets annoying after a while.Comment

looks good to me...this will def be a day 1 buy for me. been waiting for a new GR game forever. now they added in the cover system to mp and made it better and smoother. also like the suppressive fire now with the lmg's. thanks for the vid.Lets Go:

Ghost Recon: Future Soldier drops March 6
Ubisoft is set to launch Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Future Soldier on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on March 6 in the US.
The publisher confirmed the date with Joystiq after Gamespot noted it in retailer listings.
