I went six and five which is good since I was trying to stick with teamates and use cover etc... the bad news is it's very hard to join a game and I keep having to go back to the dashboard.

interesting gameplay though I'll keep trying and get a better feel for the game.

The one game i did get into was a surprisingly small map compared to some things I've seen on youtube. It was very very small. anyway the vote's not in yet but I had fun and that's the bottom line.

I tried getting back into this, the beta is so...meh to me. I played 2/3 rounds and went to sleep in disappointment last night. Then woke up to play BF3 briefly to get that experience out of my system.

My impression of the game.

I love it!.

The cover system is very smooth and precise. The game flows very smoothly and bullet damage is serious in this game.

There is no perks, proficiencies, no knives to a gun fight. This is for the serious soldier, and I loved it.

It is a great change of pace.

My concern were two particular aspects of the game. One was playing in 3rd person , and two the camouflage, and there were not a problem at all.

The perspective used to play the game allows for a very fluid moving agile soldier who can climb obstacles and hop over objects very smoothly.

You can go prone and take cover very nicely. Moving from one cover spot to another is executed great in this game. No more bullets going through concrete or metal objects, which in turn can lead to a very interesting gun fight.

No more halo jumping or anything silly in the game. You shoot first and hit your target he is going down. Now if you miss and he nails you then your going down, but the results are what they should be.

The game was very impressive for a beta, and if you're looking for something allot more serious to play then this is the game for you.

Now I finally have a option. When I want to play a arcade faced paced type of shooter. I can rock COD, and when I want to play as a real soldier I will have Ghost Recon.

Being that I play a ton of SnD it payed off in recon. I went 14-6, 18-4, and then 22-9.

I loved the beta. Learn all the controls and movement, and you will feel great playing this game.

Oh forgot to mention to go into first person all you have to do is push the right analog stick in on the PS3 controller. I don't know what it is on the 360 , but I will find out because that is the system I will be buying it for.
