inFamous 2

Of the non-sports games I played last year, I had the most fun with inFamous. I thought it was better than Uncharted 2 although they are quite different. I think everyone expected a sequel and Twitter revealed it as one actor said he was auditioning for the voice of Cole in the sequel. Now it appears there may be some news at E3 with some magazines speculating a 2010 release. I doubt we'll see it before 2011 but it would be great to have a sequel this holiday season.

I'll be there at midnight whenever it drops. Played both good and evil on the first inFamous, as did my wife. Can't wait for a second!

You're wife played inFamous? Now that's cool.

I just beat the good side and it took so much of my time that I didn't want to invest another campaign in the evil side. But I was playing the demo at my brother's yesterday and had a lot of fun with it. I think I'm going to buy a cheap copy and go through the evil side. Of couse with the baseball games coming out, I may wait a bit.

Haha, you're not the only one that was surprised man. She saw me playing it one day, said let me try, and for the next few weeks I had to fight her for the PS3

Oh well, always cool when she gets into the games I play. At first, atleast. After a while, I just want to play the damn game, haha.

And the evil side is a blast bro. I played good first, which was fun. But just being a ruthless SOB was so much fun with Cole. Zapping fools who looked at you the wrong way and such. Plus, the cutscenes for the evil side are really cool.

Considering the 1st one came out in May of '09 I expect part 2 out in the middle of 2011. You may see it revealed at this year's e3.

The powers are a little different too. I'm definitely going to have to pick it up again.

I'm actually playing the evil side right now & loving it! I got the game when it originally released & never got rid of it. Like someone else said it takes alot of time so I played the good side & left it alone, but I knew I'd play the evil side @ some point. I'm just getting around to it now lol. Anyway it's good to know a sequel is coming.

I hope they improve it a lot over the first one. Graphics were pretty bland, and the missions became very repetitive.

yeah picked up the first one again on ebay, when it comes I'm going to finally stick with it and beat it.

I had as much fun with this game as I did with Crackdown. Two games I still hold up there as tops for this generation.
