    Re: Little Big Planet 2

I have some questions about create mode if anyone can help.

    1. How do you remove objects from a level if you want to change it?

    2. Do you need to put the platform thing at the end like in story mode so it knows to end the level? If not, how do you end a level?

    Thanks in advance.

      1. Bring up the popit cursor and highlight whatever you want to delete, and push triangle. If the object is glued down you'll have to either hold down triangle or press it twice (once to unglue, twice to delete).

      2. Yes, your level has to have a scoreboard or it will never end. Players normally have to get to it and walk onto it to end a level. However, this year there's something in the tools bag called a "Game Ender" that, when activated, warps players directly to the scoreboard and ends the level. So you can put a scoreboard somewhere that's totally inaccessible, and as long as your game ender fires, players will still be able to complete the level.

Thank you. Does that delete it from your inventory? because I thoght I tried that and I think it deleted it from my inventory.

          No, it shouldn't...

Stuff you collect in story mode (stickers, decos, materials, etc.) can't get deleted at all. If you're losing those you may have some kind of profile problem.

"My objects" (things you make yourself and save with the capture object tool) and "Community Objects" (stuff other people made that you won in their levels) do have a limit before they start getting overwritten, but you can heart those objects to keep from losing them. Just select one and push Square (for "More) and you'll see the heart object button.

After you heart something you can find it in the Personal section of the popit menu - it's basically for quick access to the stuff you use the most.

          Hope that helps!

Ah ok cool. Thanks again. I think the item we lost was a community item so that would explain it. thanks again for the help.

I am very sorry if this has been up before but I am not great at searching these forums.

What is the main difference between LBP 1 and 2? I mean it seems pretty much the same for me.

And then come see me in it. I'm nice! It was super fun I couldn't stop laughing against the computer.

I played this yesterday and it's DAMN good. It's easy to find, in the MM Picks right now.

i just bought this game having played part 1 for about 5 mins total when my friend bought it over.....

what is this point of this game? like the story mode i should say..... i see my going from level to level doing stuff *i am still at the start* like do i actually get somewhere after going from place to place?

When can i go and play the stuff people created? after i beat the game?

the game is really really interesting to me so far its like mindless fun but i dont get what i am suppose to do.... is there like a story line or something? help me out LBP fans please.

Again, I don't get why people ask this question. Didn't they play Mario back in the day? You get to the end of the level, that's the point. There are collectibles, but the point is to beat the game. I don't really know what else to say lol.

Online stuff gets unlocked after the first seven levels, but uhh... "What's the point of playing them?"
