I never said I was on 360. Read it again. I was asking X's and O's to post his GT so 360 owners can start creating a list. He hasn't done it yet though.

I think I may have made a mistake buying this game. I can't even beat the CPU on Easy twice in a row, even after hitting practice mode for a good amount of time. It is a very good game, but I am beyond awful.

I did pick up the Street IV FightPad(they did not have the Marvel one) when I bought the game, but I am equally terrible with either the regular controller or Fightpad.

The key to this game is the combo system.

Can you combo most moves? Are you familiar with the characters you use?

I'm starting to get the timing down on air combos, and there's no better way to build meter in this game. If you bounce them off the ground you can get a full bar, so you can go from having no bar at all to unleashing a mid-air hyper combo in seconds.

There's a way to counter aerial combos though, so you can't just hold down ALL the time....

My bad Pared, i kinda figured u were on PS3 just wanted clarification.

I'm starting to get the hang of the combos and gameplay system. There's definitely a learning curve coming from Street Fighter 4.

Getting in an actual match and doing well is a whole other story though!

To me it seems harder than SSF4 because there is soo much you have to worry about. Attacks coming from all angles.

I just finally figured out how to do aerial team combos. sheesh.

So play on very easy in simple operation mode.

It'd be much easier to sit through large lobbies if there was a spectator mode.

Are ranked matches not working at all? Everytime I try to do quick match it says that I lost the connection to host and if I do a custom match it just won't work.

Edit: I'm guess I'm not the only one having problems with it, that's good to know. Waiting in the lobbies sucks though.

Working just fine for me on the PS3...I get an occasional "Failed to join match", but my ranked record is 43-36 so I've certainly gotten plenty of games in.

I do a lot of Fight Request from Arcade mode...that seems to work every time.

Question for anybody: What does "Stability" mean on the fighting style chart in the License screen? I can figure out the other 4, but that one has me confused.

Edit: Whoops, that's my total data - My online ranked record is 13-18. I didn't think I was that good.

Just have to mix it up. Hit them in the air or against the wall and get your next character in to continue the combo and then smash them into the ground.
