So I'm a little confused on the Multiplayer - Combat Training mode...

Two of us were playing split screen in the mode and we thought it was AI enemies/teammates we were playing with. However most (if not all) of our opponents had PSN IDs above them?

Any help here?

It uses names from your friend list.

The thing about it is that YOU, yourself can't advance no matter what, not until some invisible timer goes off and THEN they let you advance. So it is like for every mission, you can add on an additional 30 minutes for extended Hollywood gun battle that you have no choice but to play through because the cpu won't let you advance.

It is as though they purposely dragging out missions just to make the game seem longer then what it is. Because trust me if it wasn't that enemy respawining BS, you can fly through the single player pretty damn quick.

This is the main reason why I dont bother with these types of FPS games at all. I cant stand the universal studios "on rails" ride through the environment lol. I mean thats great if you like that type of thing enjoy. I enjoy a more sim experience with my military shooters. Armed Assault II or the original flashpoint (not the crap console versions) is more my cup of tea

Armed Assault 2 is the shiznit.....One of my friends have it and I played it at their house for a bit, I was amazed. Now I must build my own gaming PC.

The only thing I don't like on that game is the voice over, it sounds robotic, but when my friend showed me this level he made with over 1300 soldiers and tanks battling it out at the same time I was like holy crap.

I was really looking forward to using the FAMAS, as I picked up one during a game earlier and loved it, but now I hardly use it. I love the AK74U with red dot sight and taped magazines. I usually only use the FAMAS on select levels where I know I have very long sight lines. The knife is still my go to weapon, I have probably like 200 kills with it alone. Nothing more sure than running up behind someone and slicing them up like a slasher film.

So far so good. The lag today has been terrible. I had the game yesterday (Australia) and it was so smooth and sexy. I do have a question about the leaderboards.

It says I have like 4000 kills and like 3000 assists. I know that isn't the case, why does it come up that way?

whe somebody is trying to stab you to death I assume they would lunge. Just nothing like the ridiculous amounts from MW2. I have to been killed by people with knives while I'm shooting them, but they are usually right on top of me or close to it.

My K/D ration is .86... I'm pretty happy about that. I'm just so inconsistent; I'll place first like three matches in a row with stats around 18/10, 17/9, etc, then I'll have like six or seven straight games of 5/11, 7/15... lol.

Whatever though, it's been a freaking blast.

Anyone know if you unlock hidden camos throughout future levels? When I gained level 22 I was some what disappointed with the camos. The only good one was the orange tiger one. Please say there will be better camos!

My K/D is 2.1 with an accuracy rating of 21%. Doesn't help the fact that the M16 is my main weapon of choice :P

^^I'm like you Dick, I'm very inconsistent as well.
My K/D right now is .83. I've had some really good matches, most of my matches have been on the positive side. However, I had a string of 3 or 4 matches where I was getting destroyed, including a 1/10. That was just ugly.

Just beat the game.......took me a grand total of about 10 hours......Now if they didn't force you to have those 15 minute long gun battles 2 or 3 times EVERY LEVEL, I would have beat the game in about 6 or 7 hours.
