It's a single shot weapon so you really need to be accurate and line up your shots. I was using it with some success, but you really need to keep your encounters long - to mid range... because the FAL is lacking in close quarters situations. Also I would probably put a Red Dot on it.. as I don't like the Iron Sights.

I was using ACOG last night. I might try Red Dot and see if that helps me out.

Yeah I loved the FAL in MW2 and it was easier to use in MW2 and even then it sucked in close quarters. It is a great gun to use in long situations and it is very accurate, so it conserves ammo.

Has anyone tried using the FAL? I had to just because it was so beastly in Uncharted 2, lol. But I didn't have any success with it last night.

I haven't had much success with it either, although it was the same way for me in MW2 with the FAL so it doesn't surprise me. Maybe I just suck with it or don't know how to use it right, I don't know.

The Enfield is still my best weapon, along with the AK47u.

Yeah, I've only used three guns in this game so far: MP5K, AK47u (have had a TON of success with it) and then just a few rounds with the FAL last night.

Time to branch out a little bit though. AK47u has been a beast for me, but I need some variety.

Are others seeing more lag when you're the host? I've noticed that at least on the Wii, that when I am the host, my game isn't smooth at all. However, when I'm not, it's pretty much smooth sailing.

ps360 users seeing this with their lag issues?

The only big complaint I have is the spawns, at first I didn't really notice it but tonight I've had many instances where I'm just going around the map and a guy will spawn behind me and get the easy kill.

Granted, I have done my share of killing right after spawning, but that doesn't make it any better. If they fix that, this game is golden for me. Still having a blast though!

Hey guys, I've been reading your posts about the game. It seems like you're having lots of fun. But would you guys recommend this game to someone that hadn't really played the CoD series?

Yeah I posted about this a few days ago. It took me a few hours as well.

About connection and weapon power, I agree with you guys. Hopefully, it is just part of the server issues as a whole right now, but as of now, there is quite a large difference between a 3 and 4 bar connection. If you have 3 bar and another guy has 4 bar, and you guys get into a fight, you have very little chance of winning that fight.

Just unlocked the "Commando" Assault Rifle today. Really like it, feels like a more accurate Enfield, which has been my go to gun.

I'm having one of those nights where every match I just go crazy and dominate. I had my best TDM match where I went 15-4, which is 3.75 K/D. Had a domination match earlier where I went 32-21, 5 caps and 3 defends.

Awesome. I rarely have good matches like those ones.
