2 instances of me getting really lucky in my last game. First, I'm sitting behind cover, and I hear footsteps behind me. It was really early in the match, and I figured it was a teammate, but I look at my radar and see no one near me, so I'm like oh ****. Dude took a little too long though. My team won by only 3 kills, I would have loved to win by 1. The 2nd part isn't too special, but I'm going up the stairs thinking there was only one guy in the room, and it would be easiest to knife him. Then I get up there and there is 3. For some reason I panicked and just stuck with the knife, and somehow knifed all 3.

I've been meaning to ask this because I'm not sure it's really that common, but has anyone ever seen a tie in a Domination match?

It happened to me awhile ago. The other team was almost at the score limit with a minute left, then my team captured all 3 flags and held them down. The score was at 198(us)-199 or something like that with the game about to end. Right at the last second though, the other team captures Flag C (this was on Grid btw) and the score ends up tied.

Never seen that before so I figured I'd throw it out there.

I like blowing down the care package chopper and watching it send the package to some inaccesible place .

How are you able to shoot it down before it drops the package at its intended location? Maybe my reflexes are just slow, but by the time I switch to my launcher and locate the heli, the package is already on its way down.

If you time right you can still shoot the helicopter after it drops the package. But yeah I never manually shot down a helicopter w/ a care package, its mostly due to my trusty friend the SAM turret.

Haha, yeah I still shoot it down anyway, but the package has usually dropped by the time my missile blows up the heli.

Yeah I've shot down plenty of care package heli's but its always right after it drops it.

RPG. I have that equipped with my SMG class.

I'm thinking about getting rid of my sniper class and using the FAL. I've been doing great with single shot rifles when I pick them up and the snipers aren't cutting it for me on these maps.

I have been having great matches lately but I don't not like being able to have certain OSers connect to my party. I like to play with people I know an its frustrating when it doesn't let them connect.

yeah it was doing that all day yesterday. kept saying my playlist is newer than yours so we couldnt party up.

I had some success sniping on Grid tonight playing Domination. I patrolled around C flag and would either hide behind the rocks or lay prone in the grass.

Pretty happy with the game post-patch, good to see a company that cares about supporting their product unlike IW.

To the people having connection issues are you on PS3? I'm on the 360 and since the patch I haven't had any issues.

Also, there were no gun changes in the patch.

Well the connection bug just bit me pretty hard.

The last few days and this morning my connection have been good. Adding up my daily tallies and those from this morning I have gone 429-193 (2.22 KDR). Then I sign on again at 1:30 and I can hardly buy a kill. All of a sudden my gun has twice the recoil, I'm getting commando knifed, and losing every one on one encounter. I managed stay positve but just barely and it makes me want to stab something.

damn....2.22 KDR?? what game modes do you play ? any tips?

Yeah but that is just from Tuesday to Friday morning.

If you add the rest of my Friday scores it drops to 2.06 (695-337).

Overall my KDR is only 1.57 right now.

All TDM with the exception of one S&D match.

Yeah most of the connection issues are coming from PS3 users. Yesterday the game played great. My connection was good and I didn't have any issues connecting to matches.

The issues people are having with the guns is when there is a poor connection it can take a full clip to take a guy down due to the hit marker and lag.

I used the M60 for the first time yesterday and I love that gun. The sound it makes is awesome.

I know people had issues with MW2, but weren't there at least 2 patches post-release to fix issues before Infinity Ward imploded?
