Another one is when a teammate puts a claymore right in front of yours lol.

I did that in MW2 because I had no faith my teammate would live long enough to keep that claymore protecting me.

Can you use hardline pro on care packages when your teammates are trying to take them? Seems like if someone is trying to take mine and I go up to it and double tap X it won't change. Really angers me when someone runs up to an ammo crate or a SAM turret and I can't change the killstreak.

Guess it serves me right for doing the hardline pro and 3 care package killstreaks strategy. I just ended up switching back to Ghost Pro.

Yeah you can't change if a teammate is trying to take it. I found it out the hard way, when I kept trying to change it and my teammate stole it from me.

I switch between Ghost and Hardline Pro a lot.

People who blatantly try to steal your crates should be kicked in the face. Now if I've died and am nowhere near it, go get it, but don't screw with it whenever I'm around.

When me and my friends play, we all run Ghost except for one guy. He uses Hardline pro and we all use spy planes with care package/sam torrets/sentry gun and have him swap them into cool stuff.

Have any of you been able to successfully destroy a sentry gun yet? I'm trying to unlock Ghost Pro but can't for the life of me get close enough to a sentry gun. Even when I toss a flashbang at one it doesn't disable long enough and it kills me when I try to knife it. I've also tried tossing semtex at them but that hasn't worked either.

You just gotta watch it behind cover, and when it is turned the other way knife it real quick. It really isn't that hard, Sentry Guns aren't as deadly as they were in MW2. I haven't tried throwing a semtex of flashbang at it, but I know they affected it in MW2.

I got mines on WMD, some guy put it up in the building in the center of the map... so I knew where it was and I just snuck around to one of the entrances, got behind it and knifed it.

A lot of is luck if you know where the enemy places one you should be able to maneuver the map in a way so you can get to it and take it out, unless they put it in a ridiculously good spot.. in which you will probably die repeatedly trying to reach it. Better just wait till you find another one in that case.

Haha, wouldn't you know I ended up getting it by accident. I was playing Demolition on Jungle and up on one of the bridges I thought I saw an enemy shooting so I started firing at him. Turns out it was actually a sentry gun that couldn't see me and I was able to take it out with my Galil.

Yeah I was gonna say I did this. I just prestiged for the 4th time and after my second game I purchased Ghost. Next game someone on the other team put a sentry up in the corner and I shot it with my Enfield silenced.

I figured it would take me forever to get that because hardly anyone uses sentry guns but luckily I already have it out of the way. Now I gotta get those 15 flags with Marathon and everything else will be easy.

That is extremely annoying, especially when I call one in right next to me, immediately go up to it when its hits the ground and a teammate tries to take it. REALLY?

But then when you're tying to complete the challenge for Hardline Pro and share your care packages your teammates won't go within 20 feet of them lol.

For those having issues with getting the sentry gun challenge for Ghost Pro, try equipping Hacker. It didn't take me long at all.

I've taken out 2 sentry guns with ghost equipped and it still won't give me credit for it.
