Anybody else sniping lately? Maps have settled down pretty much as people are camping a lot of the same spaces. Either I'm going to have to take my silencer off or switch to a different rifle, but I can't seem to get a one shot, headshot to save my life. Even when I hear the helmet ding they're still running around.

They are patching this so even with a silencer sniper rifles are one shot a kill.

Almost at a 2.4 K/D.

After 38 hours of game time I'm at 6017 kills and 2520 deaths (2.39).

However, I think I'm more proud of the fact that my accuracy has risen from a 17.88% to 18.99%, thanks mostly to the 20.25% accuracy I have with the Commando.

I just played one game on Hanoi where I killed one guy 12 times (he didn't kill me once) because he went to the same exact spot every single time - trying to hide underneath that little platform. I laid down next to him for a good ten seconds at one point just waiting to see if he'd move at all before knifing him.

Probably will finally pick this game up right after Christmas. It was totally off my radar but after reading through this thread and playing a bit at a buddies house, it seems a lot better than MW2's multiplayer.

I don't really know how to explain it, so platform worked for me.

It's that raised area that looks like it'd be somewhere that people used to hang people at in the old days and you can get into a little tiny "path" beneath it...

...if that makes any sense.

Can someone tell me how to unlock all 3 maps. I wwant to make sure I did this right, because I only know how to access the third map by typing on that computer. How to I access all 3 zombie maps and make them always be available?

Why is it the only time I win a game is when I have OSers as teammates.

I think you need to beat the campaign to unlock the 3rd map permanently.

..i didn't think it would happen but i increased my sensitivity to 5 from 3...and proceed to have the best rounds i've ever had in black ops. EVen sniping is a little better. lol i'm going to work my way up to 10 eventually.

Took the plunge and I hit the prestige button today. Actually enjoying it, breezed through 14 levels in a few hours. I'm kinda surprised how fun it is starting over, I actually might try and go for the holy grail of no life..........15th prestige.

I'm giving up on playing Objective gametypes.... NO ONE captures the freaking objective... it PISSES ME OFF!!!!! God every single gametype is like Team Deathmatch... no matter where you go... it's so frustrating.

Unfortunately thats why I don't play objective gametypes when I'm playing on my own.

I have a noob question most likely for u COD nuts, If I use care packages, im guessing I'd have to have certain things bought already correct? like If I buy the Dogs killstreak, and have carepackages enabled, is there a chance I get the dogs "maybe" in the carepackage after 3 kills or whatever?

Or is it all enabled with care packages? like u can end up getting whatever random thing even without purchasing the higher killstreak rewards?

any info will help thanks!
