Agreed. I usually go up on the building by the dirt path, set a claymore on the second floor to guard my back, and then alternate between picking people off on the opposite building and watching the dirt path. You can only do it so long before people catch on, so after a minute or so, i'll book it down the dirt path, and usually come around the back of the entire enemy team.

Same thing with Array. I'll start each match (if i'm on the side opposite the dish) by booking it to the road on the left that leads to the chokepoint. I'll fire off both of my arrows at the Jeep in the middle of the choke point, and usually get 2 or 3 kills to start each match. After that, I book it out around the right side of the building and out behind the dish. From there, I can usually get to the enemy team from behind and pick a number of them off.

Last night was my worst night in a long time. I couldn't keep a freakin consistent connection to save my life. I would have stopped playing, but I was in a party with 3 of my buddies, so I didn't want to bail. I had like 4 straight TDM games with a negative kill death ratio though. I'd watch the kill cam, and the lag was absolutely horrible. I typically don't make excuses, but I know that the lag got me killed more times than I can count, and cost me a number of kills in the process.

Had fun playing with Rawdeal this morning. We even made a friend with some young kid who wasn't annoying for once. I think we only lost twice out of 3hrs of playing. Good times.

How many points do you need to prestige and what exactly does it do?

You need to get to a level fifty, then get enough points after that to progress to the next "level" - which will then give you the option to prestige.

Prestige means you lose all of your accumulated weapons/perks/etc. and start at level 1 again with a new emblem and all of that.

Some people love it, others, like myself, find it absolutely pointless.

I'm with you, I find it pointless.

I'm happy with my level 50 and my pro perks. I worked too hard to get pro to do it all over again.

I thought the same thing playing MW2 but for this game i think prestiging keeps the game fresh.

I'm not prestiging......just to start all over again, no thank you. It would be different if you got something worthwhile out of it. But just to get an emblem ????? NO WAY

Now if you unlocked a new weapon or new kill streak reward then yeah prestiging would be worth it.

It's 15 times. I am going to go all the way, getting ready to enter my 6th prestige pretty soon. But I have played with the gold camo before and I more than likely won't use it because it just doesn't look all too great. I might just use it to show my prestige off(), but I don't know. I still have to prestige 10 more times before I decide. Shouldn't be too hard if they would have a Quadruple XP month.

Anyone else having connection issues? Every game I connect to, I lag horribly and usually end up getting kicked partway through. However, Black Ops is the only game that I'm having issues with. Every other game I go online with doesn't have any sort of issues with lag online, it's only Black Ops, so I don't think it's my connection. Is anyone else having these issues?

For the first time since the original Modern Warfare, I actually love the multiplayer in a CoD game, but these connection issues are just annoying as ****

Hey fellas really enjoy this game, but I am looking to improve my accuracy and not waste so many bullets. Any tips?

Spray and pray or feather the trigger?

At medium-long, to long range you need to fire in bursts with an automatic weapon, also try to make sure you don't shoot unless you know you'll be able to kill them, unless you're in certain situations where you need to pre-fire such as when you know they are about to come around a corner you can start firing early... or if they are about to run through a doorway. Usually though you need a lot of experience with FPS's and a good sense of the UAV to be able to intuitively predict those situations. Otherwise just line up your shots as best as possible.
