I've only played these maps on Team Deathmatch, so that is what I'm basing my opinion on.

Hazard (the golf course) is AWESOME! If any of you played World at War, you'll immediately (or almost immediately) recognize it as Cliffside. Same layout, just different style and objects. Good flow, and it plays pretty much like Cliffiside did in World at War. There are a lot of long range areas for snipers are well as medium range gunfights along the sides.

Drive In is kind of like Trailer Park from Modern Warfare 2. Some close quarters combat, mixed with medium sightlines. Very good map, althought it seems very linear, but I've only played the map once so maybe it was just me. There are high points to the map, but in general, most of the map is level. The map has a good feel and pace.

Silo is perhaps one of the most campiest maps I've ever played on. Granted these maps are new and the general population are still getting used to it, there are a lot of spots to post up with a claymore and camp. I have one game which I'm uploading to my Youtube channel, where pretty much 85% of my deaths were from guys with Ghost camping in buildings, windows, etc. Very frustrating. That aside, the maps plays very well with a lot of vantage points, elevation changes and good mix of close quarters and long range sniping opportunities.

Hangar 18 is the largest map by far in the game, but I don't think it matches the size of Fuel from Modern Warfare 2. Basically there is a stealth bomber hangar in the middle, surround by a huge circular playing field with crates, buildings, and boxes. The majority of the battles happen in and around the hangar. Definately a map to use an SMG on.

These maps are pretty campy currently, but I expect that to dwindle as people get more familar with the maps. I'm currently uploading matches on all 4 new maps to my Youtube Channel, so if you want to see the maps in action, click the link to my channel in my signature!

Personally I hate Drive-In, but Hangar 18 and Hazard are really good imo. Not to sure on Silo but like someone said earlier in thread, it seems camp-worthy regardless of them being new maps.

I think Silo may be one of the best COD maps in a long time. Yes you can camp, but there are also ways to sneak through the map and run and gun as well.

The Hanger reminds me of an old rainbow 6 board. Really nice map as well.

Anyone finding any secret spots on these maps? I have a feeling there are some cool hidden paths or places to snipe from that may take a little more exploration then I gave last night.

I have a unique situation... I won a code for the new map pack from the site stickskills.com but it's for XBOX360, and I need a code for the PS3 version... does anyone have one and can switch, or know a way I can contact triarch and try to switch them?

Spent a couple hours with the Annihilation maps, I am liking them more then the Escalation maps. The golf course is my favorite board so far. Silo is really cool as well with all the different routes you can take to get around the board.

The golf course is awesome. I loved that map in Cliffside, and to see it remade in a golf course form is totally awesome!

The map pack isn't out on PS3 (obviously) so no one has any codes yet.. I'm also not sure if the codes are cross-platform. In a few weeks when the map pack launches on PSN you can check your code and see if it works, but by then, you should be able to find someone that will trade with you.
