Hopefully more and more games enter the 3d realm and they are done well. By February I'll be in the 3d world not because Im wanting 3d but since I'm getting a new tv Its a no brainer to go ahead and add 3d.

Yeah if games are designed well in 3D, then it will be cool, but if its just some tacky feature that is added on late in the project as a marketing gimmick like half of the 3D movies out there these days...

Unless they can make it so you can see 3D without having to wear some stupid glasses I'll pass. It's semi passable for a movie but to wear them at home just to watch TV or play a game is just too much.

Same with me, IMO 3D tvs that are out now are a joke. I dont want to wear glasses to watch stuff.

One day it "may" get there but if not I'm fine with the glasses. Just another tech. I getting a tv and have actually seen the 3d and it's not earth shattering but cool none the less. Since I'll be getting a new tv regardless might as well get one that's 3d capable. The prices of the stuff is still a bit high so hope to get a decent holiday deal. The picture quality of the new tvs is better than mine right now also. Can't wait to grab one up in a few months. Flailing around a room with the motion stuff is where I'm staying away from

So, can someone give me a rundown of this game? I didn't like COD MW2, I did enjoy the first Modern Warfare, and I liked WaW too. I have heard Treyarch has listened to the community with this one too and has corrected a lot of MW2's mistakes. I also heard this was going to be able to be played in 3D. Can anyone comment?

Our eyes are not meant to view 3D for long periods of time. This is why I will never get a 3D TV or watch a 3D movie.

What excactly is the currency system? Is it just xp and you can choose to buy what you want, instead of the game unlocking guns and perks when you were promoted in previous games?

You have to reach certain ranks to unlock guns/perks, then you must buy them for them to be available for use.

To add to this you can beat your currency in a series of "wager matches".

You'll get currency points I believe they're called Cp for doing things in the game. Then you can spend the currency on whatever you've unlocked so you can then use it in the game. From everything I've heard the currency points are in game only and can't be purchased with real money like you can in Tiger Woods.
