what is dropshotting exactly? are the noob tubes less of a problem? do you get fewer, is it less deadly or is the spacing generally better on maps?

Dropshotting is usually done when you change your controller layout from Normal to Tactical, which means that your ability to go prone is dependent on clicking your RS instead of hitting B, and your knife animation is now B instead of clicking the right stick.

It's effective in public games especially.

And they got rid of tactical set up so it is impossible to do when you go from running to go to prone, but if you are stationary and already shooting you can do it with little success.

What's the difference between reflex sight and red dot?

Reflex site is basically a type of holographic sight. It makes it easier to acquire the target and works well in low light. A red dot just simply puts a virtual dot on the target.

I have a couple soft air rifles with reflex sights. They are pretty awesome.

WHAT?!?! They got rid of the tactical setup?!?! You can use the thumbstick to prone? Please tell me I read this wrong or you typed this in wrong.... stupid move.

I'll check again...but I am 99% sure it is not there for me on 360.

Edit 2: Nevermind, it's in button layout...no wonder. I was looking in stick.

Another thing I just found out is you can have it load up to the multiplayer screen instead of SP by going into multiplayer options. I hate any delay going into this game so that is niceee.

I didn't get the part when the camera zoomed in on a person in the crowd while JFK was in the picture. I don't know what the producers were getting at because it didn't mean anything to me.

I thought the final "boss" fight was pretty weak.

Pretty sure the person it zoomed in on was Mason. Which I guess is to lead us to believe that Dragovic's plan did work and Mason killed JFK.

It's probably best to ask this come Tuesday when there will be more people (and more noobs) online, but has the noob tube been as annoying as it is MW2? Is the "splash" of the grenades from the tube toned down so that it actually takes some skill to get a kill with it?

I can't remember reading about it leading up to release, but I think they toned it down. Figured I would check with you guys that have the game to make sure, since that is easily the thing I hate most in MW2.
