Just hit 3rd prestige. Basically the only two guns I can use right now are the M16 and Mp5k, depending on what map I'm at. At first the new maps were cool but now im kind of bored of them. my favorite map is hanoi atm.

im digging the new maps. kowloon is easily my favorite. stadium is basically nuketown so i only hate it because people always pick it.

this is really a good game. love COD.

I WANT to like this game. But even back home with good internet connection, terrible hit detection and bad spawning is still horribly rampant. It's hard to enjoy online play when you barely have any control on how well you do.

I had hoped that playing on good internet did the trick, but I ended up just as angry as ever.

I had never played COD 4 before a few days ago, my roommate had it, it was amazing, I wasn't used to my bullets actually counting. I played one match, and got a chopper.

I'm done with this game. It just isn't going to work. Back to World at War if I want a COD fix, or even try COD 4.

I really like Kowloon and Discovery.

Stadium and Berlin Wall are ok too.

I'm with you on this. This is the first COD I've bought. I rented a few others, but needed something to get me through winter this year, but I'm really disappointed. I was playing last night and using the Stoner and need 3-5 hits on a guy to take him down while some guy was running around with a shotgun getting one-hit kills. My connection was full bars, too.

With The Show coming out tomorrow, BOps is going on the shelf for a while, that's for sure.

Man I was hoping to get to my 2nd prestige over the weekend, but I didn't get enough game time. So at the moment I am Prestige 1 level 44. I believe by the end of the week I will get there.

Enjoying this game more since after many installments of COD, I have decided to prestige each time I reach the level cap. Don't think I will ever get to 15th prestige, but I will try. I don't dislike any maps, but I have favorites.

Only play HC SnD. Ya take care.

Ok I'm really starting to get pissed off at the amount of times I've gotten killed by some guy holding down the trigger and killing me from across the map. I see the guy, and burst fire and my gun literally jumps all over the place. I know on the killcam it doesn't show recoil, but it does show the rate of fire and it shows the gun being shot a full auto, and he manages to kill me. You know you have a problem when a guy with an AK74u with rapid fire kills you from across the map when he holds down the trigger...

I've never had a problem like this before, but lately it's pretty much the only way I die.

I managed to fail the first level TWICE.

Soon as the door opend I started shooting and hit a civilian. Game over.
After getting Castro some sort of door closed on me and I was stuck between curtians and a window,some sort of glitch I guess. I hit restart level and went alllllllllll the way back to the start of the game.

I like the new maps. a lot. Three of them already have become my favorites(Kowloon, Discovery, Berlin Wall). Stadium is meh, but its nowhere near as bad/annoying as Firing Range/Nuketown.


Also, i've realized i cannot use any of the assault rifles. I now exclusively use the Skorpion, Stakeout and PSG1. I make a point to avoid big open areas now.

I'm at this trench part and getting shot at through walls. This is worse than RDR. Did they even test this crap? Also what were reviewers playing to be giving it more than a 7? Did I get a different game or something? Finally worst teammate AI ever. You fired the wwwwwrrrrroooonnnggggg studio Activision.

Call of Duty gets an automatic 8.5 for being COD for most reviewers. I think for once, most people would agree with you on the campaign at least.
