This list is actually really, really good with a nice mix of old school games and current games. It is a little loose with what it calls levels and even includes the Falcons from Madden 2004.

Good list. I would have liked to see the "St. Francis' Folly" level from the first Tomb Raider make the list. That level caused my heart to race the entire time, making one impossible jump after another.2006 - present, NY Mets Season Ticket HolderComment

Agree on Top Gun. I could never land that freaking plane. Then saw the Gamer Nerd guy cover that game and felt his frustration to a T. LOLComment

The Water Temple, ugh bad memories. I love OOT but that place is just ridiculous.

of the top 10, the only one I didn't play was the Guitar Hero one. All of them are tough in their own right, but somebody like me who played Super Mario World like a bazillion times, including all the secret levels, I cannot think of a more frustrating level than Tubular. For those that remember the game, it was one of the secret levels along with ones like "Mondo" and "Outrageous." There was no ground to walk on, you had to inflate yourself and float through the whole level. You can have the exact timing down for that level and still die.Lux y VeritasComment

Ugh I hated those levels in Battletoads and TMNT. Seriously, I was a little kid and I really enjoyed both of those cartoons. But they had to make those games so freaking hard.
Rainbow Road was only hard if you missed the jump at the beginning of the game to make it across the track. Top Gun was incredibly difficult. And don't get me started on The Water Temple in the OOT.Comment

I don't know about anyone else, but I never found facing Vick to be too daunting a task. Proper defense always rendered him a non-factor for the Falcons. He was always the MVP for my team though with all the INTs he'd throw to me.NFL: Green Bay Packers
MLB: Pittsburgh Pirates, Colorado Rockies
NBA: Denver Nuggets
NHL: Colorado Avalanche, Pittsburgh Penguins
NCAA: Air Force Falcons, Penn State Nittany LionsComment

The dam level sucked, but I could always get by it. I always fizzled out in the level after, where they even make driving the turtle van awful.Comment
