The 4th DLC character is very likely someone who already has art assets in the game already. I'm hoping for Frost.

So far they've been releasing a new character every 2 weeks starting with Skarlet. Kenshi came out on July 5th.

Yeah I'm thinking the same thing. He'll be my tag partner with Raiden. I'm getting close to having Raiden "Mastered" so I'm looking for a new Main. I may have a winner.

Exactly it's obvious they had these characters but wanted them out as DLC. I don't understand why they couldn't as these guys into the game especially Rain.
