The amount of people playing Scorpion online is annoying. So far I've been able to beat every one of them if I use Smoke though, just wish I saw more variety other than Scorpion 75% of the time.

so glad i didnt get this to play online.

on the other hand though, scorpion is most people favorite including mine. and if SUB-ZERO wasnt so awful on here, you would probably see people choose him alot too.

the game hasn't been out long. Scorpion is easy to use and people will learn how to use the other guys. If not, at least they should be easy to beat.

I'm 3 and 1 in ranked so far. I use smoke, won against kitana, Stryker, and subzero. Lost to scorpion. He used the spear uppercut hell fire on my alot.

Also is there a glitch with scorpions bone spear? Seemed like he timed it to where after hell fire he use bone spear and I couldn't block it because I was in the animation of hell fire. Once he got me once it was over.

This had me scratching my head too. There's no way there's more MK fighting games than there have been Street Fighter games, with their ridiculous titles like Final Super Street Fighter GT Twin Turbo Remix: Collector's Edition Volume III.

EDIT: I can't read, they made exceptions for the SF extra games.

Someone asked if this was a regret purchase yet and to that I say NO! I've played this a TON, probably 20 hours already. There is just something about it that is ridiculously addictive.

The babalities are hilarious btw!! Does anyone know how to figure out what the 3rd fatality is for each player??

Or you can buy them in the Krypt.

Or you can Google which items in the Krypt are worth unlocking, such as fatalities and alternate outfits, and THEN buy them in the Krypt..

Personally, I went with the last option.

i bought the guide and it doesn't indicate what any 3rd fatalities are there in the game..

I am pretty sure the third fatalities are the stage fatalities (uppercut into the bottom of the pit, throw into the acid river in Dead Pool).

no, that's not right because i've read about fatalities that are not the 1st, the 2nd nor the stage...there are third fataliites..

only Scorpion and SUB-ZERO have a 3rd fatality which is thier original fatality from the first mortal kombat. and u must be wearing thier alternate klassic outfit to do it.

just beat the arcade mode with scorpion. shao kahn is a cheater lol.

The mastery of a character achievement will take a good bit. Mastery of all chars will take ages.
