Re: Twisted Metal (PS3)
I don't know why I keep forgetting about this game releasing.
I guess It's sort of a good thing, because when I'm reminded I get very excited then realize release is a long way away.
Any word on the latest projected release date ?Comment

Twisted Metal 2 is one of the best games I have ever played. Many good times with my brother playing that game.Gamevid4 |videos by DCAL |

Re: Twisted Metal (PS3)
Jaffe is the man, he hates special store specific pre-orders and there won't be any with TM. You get a code to download Twisted Metal: Black with the first pressing of the game, one of the better games in the franchise.
A Twisted Metal Message from David Jaffe
Pre-order or not, however you acquire your game, my understanding is the FIRST PRESS of the game (be it 50,000 units or 5,000,000 units…I really have no idea) will have the voucher inside for TMB. The hope is the game is a big enough hit that stores sell thru their inventory and order more. In that case, we’ll print more BUT those new versions will not contain TMB.
No wheel support at the moment. Too much for our small team to do just to get the core game going. If there’s a demand though, perhaps down the road via a patch. But no plans at the moment. Heck, we don’t even have DLC plans right now cuz we’re all just waiting anxiously to see how much of an audience still exists for our baby! Would love to do all kinds of support and DLC and such if the game finds a good sized audience!

Plus, he has responded to everyone's posts on the blog for this. Jaffe and CliffyB are two of the most badass devs imo.Last edited by CaptainZombie; 12-28-2011, 08:46 PM.Comment

Re: Twisted Metal (PS3)
It is hard to explain. It was the first game that got me into MP games though, way back on the PS1. It's like a FPS with cars, but it is much more than just that.
