My problem is that I usually catch the WAOTG after I had already buzzed into the correct answer.

Yeah, I agree with that. Kind of sucks when that happens, but that's part of the fun.

        guys,

let us know how you're playing the game. For example - I want it, but would be alone, or maybe playing against one friend online - is that ok, or do you need 4 people or what?

Playing by yourself is fine. It is better the more people you have, but playing alone is still a blast.

I generally just play by myself, but I do take it when I hang out with some college friends.

I'm not really a fan of the jack attack scoring. It's worth so much that all other rounds are essentially pointless.

I know the episode format is part of YDKJ (and as far as local games go I would prefer they kept it that way), but it's just not going to translate well to online IMO.
You do. I just saw a review of it so wanted to see the comments here about online. Not only do the questions not change the button placement doesn't either.

well there's often a flow to the questions, so not changing the order of the script makes some sense. However, not changing the button layouts is lazy, as it would at least mean people would have to spend an extra second reading the answers each time.

Still, this just isn't really a game that's great online because a lot of people already know all the answers. Most of the fun also comes from interacting with friends, and players are muted online anyways. I've got my money's worth of entertainment playing with friends already, and will buy the DLC whenever the hell they want to get around to releasing them.

Apologies for the two-year bump - I just got the game a couple weeks ago.

First time really playing it, and I don't know why I never played this when I was younger. It's hilarious! Lots of fun. Where have I been? Geez.

Anyone else playing the app version too? I know it's on iOS and you can play on Facebook. I assume also on Android platforms, but don't know first hand.

Yeah, I'm playing the FB version. The Android one hasn't actually come out yet, which is a bit sad, but I'll allow it because I've ALWAYS loved YDKJ.

Love playing Jack when I was a kid. Picked this up when it came out. Has been a great game to play when a bunch of friends come over.
