I actually signed up in like July or early August after I started playing again and they just sent it to me on the first of this month. I don't know how long it will take for them to send it but I figure it shouldn't be too long considering the promotion is just for this month apparently.

Dragon Age II: BioWare Interview
the decisions your Warden made and the person they were all affects Dragon Age II. You know, who’s in charge of Ferelden, what happened with the Dwarves, who’s running Orzammar? All of these things are reflected and accounted for in Dragon Age II.For Dragon Age II, we decided to stick with warrior, rogue and mage, which are kind of the holy triumvirate of fantasy role-playing. We wanted to keep these classes very similar and familiar mainly because of the amount of work we’ve done with the talent system.
We do have a fundamental change there, where in Dragon Age: Origins you would take talents in a chain. You’d have to take talent A to unlock talent B and so on, so it was very linear. With Dragon Age II we’ve got more of a tree structure so you can actually choose multiple paths through different schools of magic, and the thing I’m very excited about is adding the ability to upgrade skills you already have.The early impressions people have of the Dragon Age II combat is that they almost don’t know what to make of it, and I think I understand why. It’s because the visual presentation of the combat has been completely reworked. I liked the Dragon Age: Origins combat in the sense that it makes you think like a general.
You have a tactical team of four, you could coordinate their attacks, manoeuvre them and do positioning. All of those elements were really affective in making you feel like you’re not just controlling one character, but you’re controlling a coordinated team. Increasingly that seems to be less and less common in RPGs, so that was key for us to hold onto.
There’s also a camp of people that love the idea of pausing the game and issuing orders. So all of that ability is there in Dragon Age II, none of that has changed. However, the visuals have changed dramatically.
Characters no longer move forward into positions then line themselves up to take their swing and fireballs don’t take like ten seconds of finger waggling to launch. Everything has been made much faster and much more responsive, so that as a player I can count on my team actually executing my orders quickly, efficiently and even more importantly, stylishly.
Moves now have more personality, a lot more punch to them. Your rogue will now flip into combat instead of awkwardly moving forward. The end result is a game that looks and feels a lot more ‘actiony’ for lack of a better way to put it. It’s definitely more of an action-RPG, which is great because as a new player, that’s what you want. You want to be able to go in there and really demolish the bad guys.Now we’ve got a system called ‘rivalry’ in which, in addition to being friends, its now an open choice for you to build up a consistent rivalry with someone and to tell them that no, it’s their moral compass that is not correct and that you can actually have a real interaction around that rather than just them getting angry and storming off. They will still do that, but it’s not like a lose condition like it was in Origins.Go Noles!!! >>----->Comment

Yeah, its a no brainer for me. Its funny though, you've got people crying on the Bioware DA2 board, that its not fair. They want to have their cake and eat it too. "I want to wait until the reviews are out, yet still get the additional content for free too., Boo Hoo, What you're doing is wrong Bioware."
