Ditto, I checked my old Xfire account and had about ~800 hours of BF2 time. Funny thing was I only had my xfire on about a 1/3 of the time ;D

Battlefield 2 had 4 factions to choose from the Chinese, Russians, MEC and the US
the weapons are also faction specific so you wont see any Russians, Chinese running around with an M16 from the start...

I loved Special Forces, but that expansion never really seemed to catch on aside from Iron Gator and Warlord. Everyone skipped the night vision maps.

-Jets. They are back.
-Prone. It is back.
-Maps 3 times the size of BC2...They are here.
-The PC Version of the game is being ported to the console, unlike the vice-virca we all thought. Huzza!
-Information and "other cool stuff" coming this month
-Beta Summer 2011
-Release in November/December 2011.
-PC Version is getting remakes of fan favorites.
-64 Players Max on PC. Unknown for consoles.

I played BF2 forever on the PC. Loved it. However I think this time I'll wait for the console version of this.

So from what I'm seeing this will hit consoles in Fall of this year?

Does this mean Bad Company 3 is way off?

I think the all the BF games had prone. I know 2 did. The Bad Company games do not. I agree the dolphin diving got annoying in BF2. Also it was all Conquest. There was no "rush".

I wonder if they'll tweak it for the consoles because the Dolphin diving and everyone fighting for the jets can get tiresome quickly.

Maybe not, the fact they worked on 5 BF games at once already means they could be capable of working on BF3 and BFBC3 at the same time possibly. I think we will see it soon enough.
