Re: Battlefield 3
I hate Mortars!!!!! I think they are perfectly balanced, not to powerful but for sure powerful enough to cause massive chaos and damage. I will go out of my way to travel far behind enemy lines just to find the damn mortar guy so I can knife his ***!!!
Ohhh and BF3 = Greatest shooter ever made. It is truly a amazing experienceComment

Re: Battlefield 3
Reading the Battlelog forums,I have NEVER seen this much crying in my life concerning a game.
Such and such is under/over powered, this game sucks ans so on. I really cannot believe it.
I haven't had any problems getting into servers (been playing exclusively on Dice servers) the EA servers however have given me fits of rage concerning lag and rubber banding.......getting put into squads with my friends have been fine, even if we get split into the same team, all that's needed is to go to the sguad menu and pick a squad that has nobody in (charlie, delta and so on)
The biggest issue (to which Dice is looking into) is the PS3 voice communication, other than that, this game is so damn addicting that I find myself losing sleep something fierce.
I am getting UC3 at the midnight release, but to be quite honest,I'm not even going to crack it open for some time.People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.“I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest – If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play!” Jack Lambert“Quarterbacks should wear dresses.” Jack LambertComment

C4 = amazing.
I was playing with some guys in the bazaar today and every time someone got in a vehicle I was already on it with some C4. Totally changed my experience after struggling so far online.Comment

All the server stuff... yea, frustrating is an understatement. I know they'll fix it since BC2 had issues early on too but getting split from squadmates while trying to join a server is taking a little fun out of it for me.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
lol, between this and your other post about keeping stuff on hand for emergencies, you sound like you are right off Sig Forum. (That is a good thing). Nice taste in lights.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
Man, the campaign is tough. It's 3 shots and your dead. I'm so used to Call of Duty where you can take two rounds and still be kickin'.
On that note, this game is definatley starting win me over for the time being. It's going to be tough to choose when November 8th hits. The games will speak for themselves I guess.
The campaign doesn't seem as dull as everyone was saying. Maybe it's because I didn't play the last game at all and it's something new to me. Who knows, so far I'm having a blast but it's tough even on normal, I have to play smarter than online I feel like.Comment

Re: Battlefield 3
I don't mind playing with Randoms on PS3. For one NO ONE on my friends list is a battlefield fan (seriously...) and two, playing Conquest almost exclusively the gameplay is so fast paced and chaotic that even only two or three guys working as a team can turn the tide even if no one else does.
me and this one random guy took the tank in Kharkand and proceeded to take each flag we would lose. Two Engineers + tank = win.
th only time i got annoyed was when we were trapped in our spawn at Siene and they had all the flags. Tough to get one back.
Overall though. Outstanding. Don't think i'm going back to the other game series as i'm burnt out on all the streaks and all that. Plus, tanks. Also, JetsHELLO BROOKYLN.

But yeah. Been through a lot of tactical training. Work in a private security firm field. And trust me. These high powered tactical lights are no joke. They are every bit a weapon and useful tool. In darkness you can temp blind someone up to a 5 minutes straight and some cases burn the cornea out. Broad daylight you can blind at 40 yards. These are not "maglights".
Easiest way to combat these in game. Aim above the glare and "pop pop" headshot!
I am ready for a Zombie apocalypse. Who's with me? Though if you get bitten you are so unfriended on my Battlelog and kicked from Platoon.Ⓥ Boston Red Sox | Miami DolphinsComment
