C4 = amazing.
I was playing with some guys in the bazaar today and every time someone got in a vehicle I was already on it with some C4. Totally changed my experience after struggling so far online.

When I first started out on BC2, destroying vehicles definitely was what helped give me confidence in a way and gave me place. I knew I wasn't going to be dropping people with a shotgun or arming M-Com's every match, but if I saw an enemy vehicle, I'd take it out. Even in BF3, nothing gives me more pleasure than taking out a vehicle and killing the operator.

We would be in business, if we had enough guys on the other team.. there's at least 12 OSers in this one game of Rush on PS3

The people who play this game are really starting to get on my nerves.

It's pissing me off beyond belief.

EDIT: Also, what happened to Destruction 2.0? I have yet to see something like this happen in BF3 so far.

You must be playing on XBOX or very unlucky on PC.

Most everyone I've played with on PS3 (granted the majority of the time it's OSers) spot...

It was like that when BC2 came out as well. Then the "other game" came out. Those types got lighter, and the ones that stuck caught on and ones that were veterans spotted and did objectives per usual.

It will get better over time is all I can say. But I feel your frustration.

My power is still out. Over 60% of the state is out. Some places they said over a week possibly. Unacceptable in this day and age, but I guess I have to remain patient and optimistic. Since it could always be worse.

Cant wait to hop on and game with everyone though. Stay kicking *** for the Platoon! Hooah!

I play strictly on PC. Every game I've gone into tonight has just been the same "no teamwork" type game, every game.

Fun times PS3ers. I have never seen that many OSers together in one game before, not even for MW2.

I wish we could play more than 1 game with a team full of OS guys. It got ugly for the other team and just about everyone quit.

There were about 12 OS guys on one team, opposed to one or two OS guys on the other and a few randoms. After the round, it tried to balance it out and it put me, deft, chizzypoof, and rosco on the other team and then you left the match and came back and it put you on our team.

At the start of the round, we were short a few guys, but before the round was over we had a two man advantage, but the OS guys were on both teams. It was a pretty challenging match and I enjoyed the hell out of it.

You're right, though.. I wish we could get up against guys who would stick it out a few rounds so it would flip us over to the other team after a round.. with a team full of OS guys, you could put money on it and feel comfortable..

Has anyone played the PC version using the Xbox 360 controller? I wanted to use my TV as the gaming monitor, and I prefer to sit back on the couch and relax while I play, so I figured playing with a controller would be more convenient. How is the responsiveness using a controller? Has anyone found that their accuracy is severely compromised with it, since aim assist is not available?

My router kept on disconnecting me so I ended up leaving and joining that game about 3 times. As soon as the map went to seine crossing, it disconnected me again. I had to reboot my router everytime for it to start working again. I think I need to invest in a new router.

Anyone mind posting the controls for the console for flying so I can map them on the PC the same way?

Tried finding a non-generic manual but thats all the forums seem to have

I tried, but got murdered. Pretty funny when the other team is OS.
I think it was a 4 on 12.

Early we made a clan quit at Bazaar. Only 1 on their team remained at the end. There was maybe 6 of us on that server at the time. It was funny watching everyone chase dude around in the spawn point and then die for being out of bounds.

That last game with everyone against each other was intense. I forgot i had my mic off so I was talking to myself like an idiot. I kept saying im going to launch smoke rounds.

If I remember correctly;

Left stick - yaw
Right stick - pitch/roll
L1 -fire
R1- flares/smoke/optics
Triangle - switch weapons
R2 accelerate/ascend
L2 decelerate/descend

360 controls are probably similar

@chizzy yeah that game lasted so long for the final 10 deaths against 1 guy, I thought it was pretty funny. Rather than quitting the guy stayed and tried popping in and out shooting rockets.
