Just know that it takes multiple C4's to blow up some things, off the top of my head I think it takes three for tanks, but remember you can place all at once. Once you get the hang of sneaking up on tanks, it is on!
In BC2 it took two C4's to destroy a tank, so hopefully it's still that in BF3.

I was having this problem as well. I believe it is from checking the scoreboard after you die. So either don't check the scoreboard after you die, or, if you do by accident and then can't deploy, re-check the scoreboard and it should solve the issue.

I haven't watched it all yet, but it could be worth watching for new players. Meh, as I've watched a bit more it just seems like a very poor commentary and rather obvious information.

Maybe I was doing something wrong for my team but... I drove a jeep to the oppenent's base with a squadmate and before we get to cover somebody kills me, so I respawn next to my squamate, I get in a corner and help take over the base. All of a sudden my squadmate just turns at me and traps me in the corner and just starts knifing me repeatedly. I could do nothing to get him out of the way. Finally after a few minutes I just drop a grenade to get rid of myself and just spawn somewhere else. All of a sudden my "squadmate" takes off running....i barely escaped the suicide. wtf tho? i mean, what did i do wrong? I can't wait for Nov. 8. The less of these clowns the better.

Perhaps he thought you were "camping". He sounds like an idiot.

I used to knife teammates a few times in BC2, but that was bush wookies. Spawn on them, knife them a few times and then leave.

I finally gave Suppression a go..

I unlocked a holo scope for the starter gun and the c4 in half a round that I got to play. It's easy to rack up points by dropping amo an laying down fire.

I'm pretty sure it is. It seems to be from my experience.

Well you can see who needs ammo or health by their squares in the mini map, you can see where health and ammo are dropped by their circles on the mini map.

I enjoy this more then actually getting kills. I love pinning down the other team so my temates can advance. I love narrow alleyway battles. I plant myself just ahead of a side door way and light it up so teamates can sneak around them.

you can get suppression points with any weapon right?

Yeah, suppression assist pops up on my screen a lot, when I'm playing as an assault class.

I needed you this afternoon. I was defending a backwards entry to the last objective in rush, with a silenced weapon they didn't really have an idea where I was as I was moving back and forth, I kept calling for ammo and no one would drop me any, finally ran out of ammo for my main weapon and was still firing rockers and using my glock, not as quiet not as hidden, finally got overrun and we lost the objective and the game.
