I'm starting to get sick of these freezes... Kinda putting me off and I'm starting to not enjoy battlefield as much.

Not to laugh at your issues,but this reminds me of a guy in our platoon that swears up and down that when he freezes and gets booted,it's all due to hackers kicking him off the server.

This is the first time since release that I see nobody on my friends list is online playing BF3. Is everyone on vacation?? lol

I've had intentions of playing, but they keep getting de railed.

Work, Gym, and my social life has been keeping me away

I'll usually get home and be too tired to play..

I'm going to try to find some time to play tomorrow after work and the gym. If not, It's going to be after New Years before I can FINALLY get back into playing.

I was playing with randoms just now and we lost a 100-ticket lead. I had over 5000 points and did everything I could but I guess my teammates weren't playing to win. I love Christmas noobs but not when they're on my team! Everything started so well but later we couldn't keep hold of a flag.

Man, just got stuck on a team with XMas noobs -- not fun at all. I can tell they are CoD players because no matter what, they'd run to the same area to keep dying.

Would really like to play with some folks who at least attempt teamwork.

We hate Xmas noobs because they don't play the game right (bad teammates).

I think I realized what freezes the game for me. Recently I've gotten in the bad habit of checking the scoreboard every time I die while the game is showing the kill-er cam. If the scoreboard is still up when you return to the select class menu and as a Ps3 user the normal "back-out" or exit button is "circle", but in this case you need to hit the select button to turn it off, but whenever I naturally hit "circle" the Guns pop up while the scoreboard is up and the game freezes. Never fails maybe that's what some are doing but I noticed the freezing when I caught myself doing that.

Maybe yawl can try it out and see for yourself but that's the only time I find myself freezing.

Ever since I've stopped doing that I haven't freezed in a long time. The gun glitch for the QBB sniper rifle is really annoying because I like that gun but it's only for Sharqi Island/Penisula I think.

I haven't had a freeze since launch day. I'm on 360 though. Sounds like a lot of you guys that are getting this are on PS3?


I had my first run in with USAS ridiculousness last night too. I'm glad I haven't seen more people using that. It's like a hand cannon that shoots around corners!

By the way, I finally got my IR Flares for my jets. No more heatseekers (I think) to worry about for awhile. Now I can work on 'swooping' and actually helping out the ground forces without too much worry from the air.

That may be a source of freezing as that has happened to me, but I've also froze during the load screen when it goes black for a few seconds. Whether if im spawning, changing maps, booting the game up.

I get an occasional freeze on the initial boot up of the game. Never had one during a game. I have been kicked off the server once in a while but nothing to get overly frustrated with.

I'm convinced that the kids that got it for Christmas stick out a lot more in rush than conquest because they are more worried about going back to the attacked deployment with a tank or a sniper rifle than actually defending the MCOMs

Two funny moments last night:

A medic on the other team was obsessed about reviving his teammate.

Revived.......I shot him!
Revived..........Shot him again!
Revived..................Dead again!
Revived.....................Let him get up then killed him!
Revived once again........................Shot both to put them out of their misery!

The other moment came when the other team kept coming out of the building like a clown car. I killed so many in a short period of time, there were a pile of bodies in the doorway as they did not have time to disappear. You would think if you saw your teammates getting mowed down as soon as they went outside you would hold up and figure another approach, lol.
