Personally the custom servers have ruined the game for me. All it is now is you can't use this you can't use that or kicked. I even got kicked out of an empty server when I was just testing weapons & practicing flying. Whoever the admin was he just came in kicked me and then he left. If this is the route it is going then I've about had it. You should be able to jump into a game without worrying if you'll be kicked every second. Plus just looking through the server list is enough to make your head spin. To me dice has turned this game into a jumbled mess.

There is nothing wrong with the servers... Of course there are going to be rules about what you can't use, they paid for the server and if they don't like shotties then well they don't like shotties. Being kicked out of a empty server is messed up, but maybe he was setting it up for a clan battle or private match with friends. People may have rules that you hate but there are loads of other servers out there that have no rules or at least understandable rules.

Does anyone really follow the rules, anyways ?

Most of the time, all I see is "PTFO (Play the ****ing objective), No Shotguns with Frags, MAV Roadkills, or Base raping/stealing vehicles unless it's in the Battlefield".

Which are all reasonable rules.

So I played last night and spawned directly in front of someone. No spawn protection from getting knifed.

But what makes up for that was when we back raged T-Magic's team on the side stairs on Metro. I swear it was like a Quentin Tarantino film, guns blazing, smoke and then all that was left standing was me, Chizzy and a couple of other smurfs that took part in the melee. I didn't count but there were at least 8 bodies lying dead in that area.

Pretty awesome moment.

When you're knife ranks as your second best weapon, normal rules no longer apply.

And I miss the days when it would say [KNIFE] after you killed someone. ACB90 just seems so lame to me. Before I could troll and in the kill feed, for everybody to see, show....

My knife kills have gone down tremendously since the knife switch. I dont try anymore. Wish that you could switch back.


EDIT: I was cracking up seeing you switch to a shotgun mid match to Chizz. We broke thru to A and my squadmate and I go into one of the buildings. I stay on the side closest to B. And he runs to the opposite side and as soon as he gets over there I hear my guys death moan and see crossbones on the map. Look up on the kill feed to see your name pop up with a shotgun next to it. Gave me a good laugh there. Lol
