I agree that the original maps are probably still my favorite. I really like the Back to Karkand maps too. The Aftermath maps are good too, I just haven't played them nearly as much.

Well I was hoping to get some BF3 in today; instead, PSN has been down since early yesterday and the time for it returning keeps getting pushed back. I love how they always plan server down times for the weekend. Why don't they do this stuff on Mondays?

For Xbox users, how often is your service down? Honestly at this point, I'd rather just let Sony make us pay if it means better server reliability. I already pay $50 for PS+ as it is. What does Live cost per month?

I think Xbox Live is now $60/yr for Gold membership. However, you can usually find deals on 1 year membership cards for less than that and they may even throw in microsoft points. Xbox Live is rarely, if ever, down. Sometimes I've had issues with EA's servers or issues with certain game's servers, but I can't really remember any time when all of Xbox Live was down. Maybe I've just not paid very close attention?

Yea, I always see it but I usually gotta pass the controller over after a round. Who made up these rules anyway? lol. Might as well start placing a quater on the xbox for "I got next".

Its cool though, usually on the weekends I can get some me time with BF3.

We should start getting in some Rush on the Aftermath maps.

I've played through them a few times and they are all fun.. same with Savenger.

My internet is garbage... Putting bullets into dudes chests and notta. Least I was able to blow up a few M-Coms for yall. Figured Id get in a tank a try and see if thatd be better. Nope. Sorry for some of the bad luck kills dudes, I know I ran into the damn propane tank after I got us stuck..guess its all part of being a noob

I don't think it's just your internet. I've had some of the most BS in the last few games I've played. It's getting ridiculous. I shouldn't be going through an entire clip of the A3's hit markers to see you still have 70 health. No.

I found the game got progressively worse after patches and the dlc add-ons. Another thing that stopped me from playing is the user servers would rather see the regular dice and EA servers as the standard. Every server is either you can't use this or you can't do that or kicked. I just want to play and have fun not follow some morons idiotic rules. If BF4 is like this I'll pass.

I can count on one hand how many times I've been kicked from a server with 10 days of time tied up between the 360 and PS3.

I never even read those rules people post on their server, either. I just play my game and don't worry about it. You can't count on the average person to read and obide by any of that **** and half the time the admins for the servers aren't even around to monitor them.

I think a decent fix would be to allow people to make customer, unranked servers and all ranked servers have to be hosted by DICE.

I get kicked all the time and get hackusations moments later.

It's rather annoying but I just laugh when they do it now.

I haven't played for awhile now but when I did I always browse the servers. Reason being I don't want to be thrown in a server with idiotic rules and conditions. I just don't like how dice designed this game. They should have stayed with the bad company series and built off that as it was made for the consoles in mind and was more fun and enjoyable to me. BF3 was made for the pc and for that reason it suffered when they put it on consoles. Just my opinion as I know others enjoy the game more than I do.

Hardly ever. In 7 years oh maybe once that I can remember. Live is 59 a year or around that. You can get deals though. Just shop around.

I literally had the most fun ever playing this game yesterday....

Got a new gaming laptop and I was sniping on Alborz mountain... wow...... the snow flurries and the explosions are a sight to behold, even at 1366x768.
