It reduces recoil usually, but also limits range.

I love the AEK 971, but I have to use the iron sights and a suppressor on it. It handles so smoothly, especially in close quarters you can fire from the hip.

The AEK 971 is a fantastic weapon. That is for sure. I am also becoming fond of the AUG as well.

I see you signed in most every night. I know you like to play with your brother, but you should party up and jump in with us. HBO GO and FIFA 13 can't be THAT important .

Honestly, BF3 is why I don't complete many games anymore. I'll be playing NHL, State of Decay, etc. and see nuni, koolie, magic, kt, etc. sign on and within minutes they usually fire up Battlefield 3 so I quit out.

It's like clockwork.

It's the struggle. We have been playing club matches with our Fifa squad and doing pretty well. We were talking last night about playing BF for a while so FIFA doesn't get stale.

I swear if I didn't have a job life would be so much easier.

I know what you mean, I still have to finish FC3, SC:Conviction, Arkham City, and a few others. This game keeps pulling me in, especially if I see you guys playing. Although I suck at this game, it still has this draw.

Close Quarters for the weapons.

Karkand and Aftermath for the maps.

Armored Kill is almost useless on the consoles. I can work my *** off in a round on those maps and only score around 3000 points on CQ.

Dan, I told everyone a few nights ago that I was going to put a piece of tape on the floor so I know where to sit my chair at when I'm getting ready to play. I spend the first 5 minutes every night shifting my chair and body until I find the optimal viewing experience for my 40" TV that I sit way too close to.

I remember I tried putting my TV on the wall once and my game dropped off drastically. I just couldn't stand looking up at a TV to play a game.

I switch guns A LOT, but I've been hooked on that SKS with holographic site and flash suppressor. I know olboy hates it.

That's not unreasonable, actually...trying to find the sweet spot for viewing.

Yeah, you never want to be looking up at tv's or monitors for long. Should be eye level or a little below for neck, shoulder, and eye comfort.
